Oh my gosh!!!!!! I’m totally in tears!!! Thank you @UNCFootball It has been an honor serving everyone that’s been part of the #CarolinaFootballFamily #GoHeels and #KeepSwinging✌️

God’s plan isn’t always easy…but it’s always right! Thank you for your prayers. The procedure went well.🙌 The staff @DukeRaleigh have been awesome and are doing everything they can to extend my life. God is good even when life isn’t. I’m unashamed! Just #KeepSwinging✌️

I’m learning so much humility during this time of my life. Reminded that I don’t control anything, God does. The more I “try” the worse it gets. So I’ve really let go of some things and asked forgiveness from God (and a lot of my medical team) for trying to “fix it.” There are things, we just cannot fix in our own strength. Only God can and in His timing. Thankful for people like one of my doctors (pictured) that are doing everything in his power to help me. I cannot thank him enough for his willingness to help a stranger. Doc is the embodiment of the “Good Samaritan”! Wouldn’t be here without him. 🙌🙌
