You know what I remember most from my years of coaching?
It’s not the wins. It’s the people I got to share them with.
The players who stuck with you. And the ones you stuck with.
Tom Izzo nailed it. 🔥

Three reasons why you should put the team first and be a good teammate:
1. You’ll experience deeper happiness through team success.
2. Your coaches will speak highly of you, which helps advance your career.
3. It’ll improve your character and help you in areas outside of sports.

John Harbaugh: “If you’re a position coach, individual period is your time to shine.”
No long lines.
Get players reps.
Work on what matters.
Build drills around the skills your players will actually need on game day.
Be thoughtful. Be creative. Be imaginative.

Glass half empty: @UAlbanyFootball's (2-2).
Glass half full: Both losses happened at the goal line.
Capitalizing in the "pressure moments" are what's standing in the way of potentially being (4-0). In this week's @CAAFootball media call, coach Perkovich emphasized redzone play.
