How to Backpedal like Travis Hunter
✅ Staggered stance, easier to pedal than even
✅ Step with back foot first. Not false step. And keep it low
✅ Balls of your feet
✅ Shoulders over toes
✅ Arm drive
Plus, start slow with read steps. Scooch or walk out

HS COACHES⬇️
Need more specialist reps without adding more practice time?
This is one of my favorite drills.
✅ Continuous snaps
✅ Righty + lefty holders getting work at the same time
✅ Minimal downtime
✅ Tons of quality reps in just a few minutes
Simple drill. Big return.

I remember a few years ago people were saying Junior College football was dying.. We’ve seen time and time again careers being revived at this level kids receiving full rides for degrees and now even NIL opportunity’s out of JUCO.. Truth be told there aren’t enough programs around the country to support the volume of players who need this route and opportunity.. We need more programs across the country!
