42 years ago tonight, a boy named Daniel Larusso was brutally attacked by a gang of masked thugs.
Two months and one illegal crane kick later, young Daniel would exact his revenge with the help of a maintenance man from Okinawa.
Please remember the true meaning of Halloween.

I was the Black Sheep of the family, the one who wasn’t always appreciated, understood, or included. But when sh*t was about to get real, somehow everybody remembered my number.
I wasn’t always invited to the table, but I was expected to show up when everything fell apart. And I did, not because I needed their approval, but because my love ran deeper than the way I was treated 🫵

My Middle School, High School, College, and Pro Athletes all train in the same system.
They all Jump, Sprint, Bounce, and Lift Heavy across all Ranges. We profile, measure, and track their Velocities across all movements.
Good Training is universal! 🙌🏻

Any high school playoff bracket with more than 8 teams is just a money grab by the state association. In fact, a 4 team bracket is probably better than a 16 or 24 or 32 team bracket.
Prove me wrong.
Episode 3, Black Diamonds of the Saban doc hits very close to home.
The man is very West Virginia. It weirdly makes me tear up with pride.
Again, very close to home

Wes Rucker was one of the loudest voices calling for the return of the Beer Barrel. 🍻
We may have lost his voice, but his impact will never be forgotten. 🧡l

I feel like every time there’s a big play or a first down a flag will shortly follow.
This is my trauma from being a Vols and Steeler fan.
Sometimes as a man you stay quiet, keep things in, stay disciplined to take care of others.
This is when the ones who can see you reveal themselves as the ones who truly love you.
Always acknowledge these people on both sides ❤️❤️

It’s that time of the day, of the week, of the year! Here’s a little bit of Rocky Top on this beautiful GAMEDAY! 🍊
And if you live like this
make sure that you don’t miss
Your opportunity when you gotta go
Just keep a lead foot heavy on the pedal
Don’t let em catch you settled
Since you don’t know how to act
Run your mouth, don’t look back
