If you think successful high school athletic programs recruit, you’re correct. How do they do it?
They win 🤷🏽♂️

If I see something I like, I don’t immediately copy it. I unpack it, what would it look like in our system with our team?
Like following a recipe, not everyone’s dish turns out the same.
That’s how great leaders turn inspiration into impact!

Extracurriculars are an extension of the classroom. When students are engaged beyond the bell, academic achievement takes off! 🚀
Year 6 of my career has come to a close—and so has my time with the Pulaski County Special School District.
PCSSD isn’t just any district—it’s the one I grew up in, twice. ⬇️
First as a child: it’s where I was educated, just like my parents, two of my siblings, and countless other family members.
Then as a professional: it’s where I was given my first opportunity to serve as a full-time administrator—and for that, I’m grateful.
I was honored and humbled to be the guest speaker at Longley Baptist Church’s Annual Youth Day Service today!
I had the pleasure of sharing a message titled “Faith in the Fire”, reminding youth that when you stand for God, He’ll stand with you—even in life’s toughest moments.
We talked about how:
1. Popularity can be poisonous
2. Conviction matters more than convenience, and most importantly:
3. His presence is priceless!
Thanks to those who came to support me/watched the live stream, and thanks to Bro. Townsend and his congregation for having me 🙏🏽

11 years ago today, I was at Jack Stephens Center, graduating with honors from Mills HS.
11 years later, I returned—this time on stage as an assistant principal, calling the names of 218 Robinson HS seniors.
Year 6 is almost in the books. God is dope 🙏🏽

The best part about today is that we had not one, but TWO STATE CHAMPIONS!
The way these guys overcame adversity to make a run is something we’ll never forget. The seniors even made it to graduation practice too 😂😂😂
