Jason Eck was an assistant coach for 23 years and worked for 12 different head coaches.
Eck and his wife, Kimberly, always believed he would be successful as a head coach.
Now as the leading man for New Mexico, he’s got @UNMLoboFB ranked for the first time in program history.

To my class of 2027:
I have to start with a Thank You! You have seen the struggle and successes over these last 5 years. I met you when you were 8th graders and you guys bought into the dream. We have done a lot for Rayburn in your time and to you I’m always grateful. I will miss you each and all you brought to the program. You are special and will do great things in life. Keep on learning in life and becoming the great men that you are. Your stats have never mattered to me, but how you care and treat people is the ultimate stat. Keep being a 99 Rating in character and brotherhood!
