Every coach at every level should show this tape of @_masonelite 3rd grade team
Nobody over dribbling, ball is moving, quick decisions, skill, shifting the defense
This is awesome

"Be open to being coached.
It's the only way that you're going to get to your full potential.
I wanted it so bad that I was cool accepting being coached.
I knew I had a lot to learn and a lot of room to grow.
I was okay being coached no matter how tough it was." @StephenCurry30

It’s hard for any team to have success if the players aren’t ’bought in’ to one collective vision.
Buy In will allow struggling players to make the most out of their opportunity. Buy In will allow coaches and teams to move through adjustments with the least amount of friction. Most importantly… Buy In is necessary for teams to be successful, so don’t fight it!!

"If you just want to be average then you do average work.
If you want to be a little bit above average, you do a little more work.
If you want A’s in basketball, you have to do stuff other people aren’t willing to do."
Everybody wants it.
Not everybody is willing to work for it.

Once a player has established a pivot, they are permitted to lift the pivot foot and they have not committed a traveling violation as long as they pass or shoot prior to the pivot foot returning to the floor. So in a step through with a left foot pivot, the player would step through with their right foot, lift the left, and jump off the right to pass or shoot. This would be legal. Once the pivot is lifted a player is no longer permitted to start a dribble without committing a violation. #NBRATuesdayTalks
I’d love to get more information on the pivot/step through. I’m almost in a daily debate about what is and what is not a travel. Great content! #NBRATuesdayTalks
