By now, I'm assuming you've seen the Tweet from Mr. Regal regarding believeability and intensity in covers and kickouts. Here is a little deeper dive into the subject from Stevie Richards. Well worth the watch/listen for any student, talent, or pro. 👇 youtu.be/uWesG9ZaOFs?is=6UR0… – at Winston-Salem, NC

Pursuing a career in professional wrestling is like driving a car. You know where you want to go. You've learned the skills needed to get you there. But if you can't even get out of your own driveway, you'll never make it to your destination. ❤️ #ProWrestling – at Winston-Salem, NC

"Time doesn't stop, and neither should you. Keep moving forward. Always forward." Time doesn't wait, and neither should you. Keep grinding. Keep growing. Keep. Moving. Forward. ❤️ – at Winston-Salem, NC

If you're taking 3 steps to do something you could accomplish in 1, why? One of the fundamentals I teach in pro wrestling is movement efficiency. Every movement should have a purpose. Work smarter. Make every step count. #ProWrestlingTraining #WrestlingFundamentals #ProWrestling

Did @RealRickyMorton really punch @JCLayfield in the nose? "Hell yeah, he did!" 👇 youtu.be/6I6fqJvd5Nw?is=NCuL… – at Winston-Salem, NC

We all have things that we enjoy that others find "weird" or "strange". Everyone has something that they "geek" out over. You should never be afraid to embrace that side of you. And you should never discourage someone from enjoying the things they do. Enjoy what you enjoy! ❤️ – at Winston-Salem, NC

Do Not Treat the Microphone Like a Rag Doll! Microphone Etiquette in Pro Wrestling. 👇 – at Winston-Salem, NC

You don't always need a microphone to tell a professional wrestling story. Sometimes a simple look, or hand motion, can tell more than words. Becoming a story teller, without words, is difficult, but when you look at it, that's what pro wrestling itself is. ❤️ #ProWrestling – at Rural Hall, NC

In pro wrestling (and in life), you'll meet some tremendous people. And you'll meet some less than stellar ones. Learn the difference and surround yourself with those that will push and support you. Make the most out of the relationships you'll build. ❤️ – at Winston-Salem, NC

Leave it better than you found it. The locker room. The venue. The school. Pro wrestling, as a whole The world. Add. Don't subtract. ❤️ – at Winston-Salem, NC

Overheard on @ThisIsTNA commentary: @FrankieKazarian : "Did you know that @Santana_Proud failed art class? Yeah, he couldn't draw a dime!" 😳 🤣 #TNAWrestling #ProWrestling – at Winston-Salem, NC

Unfortunately, intentions do not pay the bills. No matter what: You've got to put in the work. ❤️

There is a lot of work that goes unnoticed when it comes to promoting anything. Yourself, your events, your friends. Every little bit helps. You never know if your words may have influenced somebody, you didn't even know was listening. 😉

Many years ago, I received a message/DM. It stated: "My boyfriend wanted to know if you need workers." 😳 You can't make this up. While I applaud the intent and hustle, needless to say, I'm disappointed in the technique. #ProWrestling #CoachJoshGerry

Social media is a platform that allows fans of your work to consume your content & get closer access to you as a person. Inversely, it also allows you to create content & gain a following so more people can be aware of your work. They go hand-in-hand. Maximize both ends. ❤️

Tag Team matches shouldn’t feel like two singles matches happening at the same time. In this video, I share 3 basic things every tag team can do to immediately stand out as a cohesive unit, & team, on a wrestling event. Simple. Effective. Over. 👇 youtu.be/klIBXsFiLDc?si=RwIg…

Not everyone is going to have the same path. Everyone's journey is different. Some may arrive at their long-term goal quicker than others. That doesn't mean that their path was better. Hard work and dedication can make any dream a reality. #CoachJoshGerry
