Princewill Umanmielen really had to work to get the sack on this play. Gotta love the motor he plays with though. #LSU

Everything Gets Evaluated: - Work Outs - Class Room - Toughness - Discipline - Effort - Attitude - Are You Coachable? - How do you respond to adversity? Every day is a job interview and your stock as a player is always changing… You decide - 📈 or 📉

Good look at cone into the boundary (Outlaw). Inside piece of the bracket takes the inside breaking route, outside piece replaces to zone off. Leftover LB (RB) busts big on the late check release. Spill spill spill. Makes OL coaches lives harder. If your DL can get hands on and squeeze down blocks/not let OL get free shots on LBs, even better. Messing with our angles suuucks. Now if you can do both and change it up…

Spill vs Box in a 4 down front? And why? I’m a spiller, cause if you’re heavy on tackle, I think it puts you in position to spill better, and lay hands on tackle to free the extra lb bs up… thoughts??

The Browns are reportedly receiving trade calls about Pro-Bowl QB Shedeur Sanders. “There are talks. Ongoing calls about the availability of Shedeur Sanders. The Browns, for whatever reason, don’t think he’s the guy that, that’s my opinion.” (via Tony Rizzo/ESPN Cleveland)
