What a day for hockey in Ottawa. We marked 50 years of the Ottawa Canadians while witnessing a piece of Canadian hockey history. The country’s first-ever outdoor junior-level game, right here in our city. This milestone honoured that legacy in the best possible way. Thank you to the players, coaches, owners, families, volunteers, Councillors Marty Carr, @laine_johnson1, MPP @JohnFraserOS, MP @DavidMcGuinty, and fans who made it unforgettable.
