🚨 HIGH SCHOOL QUARTERBACKS 🚨 Your highlight film is your resume. College coaches are not just evaluating arm talent. They are evaluating decision making, leadership, pocket presence, football IQ, toughness, consistency, and how you respond under pressure. Every throw on film should tell a story: ✅ Can you process quickly? ✅ Can you make every level throw? ✅ Can you operate under pressure? ✅ Can you extend plays without panicking? ✅ Can you lead and elevate the players around you? A great quarterback film is not about showing one big play after another. It is about showing consistent, repeatable winning quarterback play. Be intentional with what you put on film. Quality over quantity. Lead with your best plays. Show coaches why they can trust you to lead their program. Coaches evaluate far more than stats. They evaluate: ➡️ Body language ➡️ Poise ➡️ Accuracy under pressure ➡️ Command of the offense ➡️ Situational awareness ➡️ Leadership and competitiveness Quarterbacks: Take pride in your preparation. The details matter. Coaches and Trainers: Make sure your players understand what college staffs are truly looking for on film. ✅ Make sure to SHARE this!

Every single elementary principal should be incorporating more PE, free play, and recess. Every district administrator and board should be hiring more PE teachers, not less.
🇫🇮 New Finish study: More physical activity during school day associated with higher self-esteem for boys, lower reports of depression in girls, and positive prosocial skills for all. ▶️Cites research that school-based preventive programmes in general have only small beneficial effects on mental health ▶️But more physical activity easy to integrate into school day, with minimal effort by teachers

Tonight @MiamiOH_BBall: scored 80+ points dished out 20+ assists made 15+ threes had fewer than 5 turnovers Never in NCAA Tournament history had any team done that in a game.

As an AD, I implemented a strength program where every athlete lifts in season with their current team. I challenged coaches to scientifically prove it was not beneficial. No one could. It eliminated the tug of war over athletes and reinforced what we believe.

Dear young athletes- keep this photo saved to your phone and show the next person who says you have to focus on one sport in HS. The amount of kids I’ve heard say “I can’t risk getting hurt” or “my coach won’t let me” drives me crazy. You get one shot to be a HS athlete. @YouthInc

Every coach loves to say, “Time to start planning for next year.” Slow down, Coach. First, finish this one. Do a debrief. Not a highlight reel. Not a pity party. Just an honest look back. Ask yourself: – What actually worked? – What would I change if I could? – What would I do again if I could? – What surprised me about this group? Don’t call them mistakes. Call them experiments that taught you something. The debrief isn’t about beating yourself up. It’s about collecting wisdom before it fades. Because if you don’t stop to see what this season taught you, next season will teach you the same lesson again.

Parents & players beware: As the next crop of young players are emerging the parasites are out in full force trying to scam you with the promise of exposure & inevitable fake offers to get your money. Trust your HS coach! Had a parent do the right thing again & call me today.

Routes on Air for QB practice is reinforcing QBs zeroing in on a WR instead of progressing through the concept. I use RoA to teach WRs their concepts in Indy periods, but if the QB is present, he needs some sort of defensive structure to read and distribute the ball correctly.
What’s a coaching opinion you have that would have people like this?
