DUBEAST XC is upon us. #LeaveNoDoubt

Watching things like the World baseball classic, The World Cup and Olympics are one of my favorite things. Athletes playing for their country brings out a sense of Pride and Joy like we don’t usually see in professional sports. Also USA has been killing it! #USA

These two are responsible for demolishing the school record board all year! Capped off the season with @maddie_akers5 finishing 3rd in the 800 and NEW SCHOOL RECORD and Evangeline finished 5th in the mile! Very proud. #DUBEAST

District week. The prep has been done and it’s time to put it to work. #DUBEAST

How 3 years can change a program. When you give the athletes the belief and standard of success, it will follow.

As educators why don’t we talk more about cost of school health care? Trying to cover your family cost a fortune. Does any educators / coaches have an alternative?

Back to the Oval Office tomorrow. Excited to kick off the track season for year 10! Maybe I am as old as these kids think.

Coaches don’t forget to tell your athletes you are proud of them. My athletes have 6:30am practice 80% of the year. That alone takes dedication, let them know you are proud of them.
