An hourglass is such a simple visual.
But man, the message behind it is powerful.
Wake Forest basketball opened practice with an hourglass sitting on the floor.
The reminder:
Your sand is moving.
This season will go faster than you think.
So embrace the hard.
Cherish the reps.
Enjoy the bus rides.
Appreciate the people.
Don’t wish it away.
And most importantly:
Be where your feet are.
