High school athletics is fascinating because the same parent who demands accountability from coaches will explain why their child shouldn't have consequences for missing three practices.
Accountability is apparently a one-way street.

Last night, the referees kept telling my OL to stop being so aggressive and excessive with their blocks.
I work hard to establish a standard with my guys: Finish every single play!
I’m not telling my guys to ease up. We’re going to play physical, finish blocks, and compete through the whistle!!
If the defensive guys don’t like it, they can work to get off the blocks. That’s football.
I voted Ziggy Offord, A.C. Flora on WIS Columbia. What's your vote? wistv.com/page/vote-football…

Well, just like that… summer is over. 😭
Teacher workdays start Monday, and we’re officially back to the grind!
But that means we’re one step closer to Friday nights. 🏈
Best time of the year!

Possibly our most impactful discussion to date.
We discussed everything from work / life balance. Common mistakes in relationships as a spouse, and ways to be better.
