Stop overthinking. If it's God's will, it'll happen and nothing will stop it. If it's not, he has a better plan. Have peace in knowing that.
Being a coaches wife and mother isn’t easy. It’s chaotic and schedules are ever changing. However you are always there being the biggest fan and supporter of the kids and coaches. Thanks for all you do @sbvanderhoff
Year #10 has come to an end. This profession isn’t for everyone but making an impact on kids in the right way makes it worth it. Through the ups and downs I’d go to war with this group any day.
Seniors - thank you for all you’ve done for Rio Vista

8 Realities of a High School Coach
1. It will consume you
2. There will be critics
3. You are not in it for the $
4. There is no overnight success
5. You need a supportive spouse
6. You will not make everyone happy
7. You can’t want it more than the kids
8. It is still WORTH it!
Versatile big guy! #TrenchWarrior

Last night, the referees kept telling my OL to stop being so aggressive and excessive with their blocks.
I work hard to establish a standard with my guys: Finish every single play!
I’m not telling my guys to ease up. We’re going to play physical, finish blocks, and compete through the whistle!!
If the defensive guys don’t like it, they can work to get off the blocks. That’s football.
