I noticed a pattern: I procrastinate or doomscroll for two reasons 1. The task is hard, or the requirements aren’t 100% clear. 2. I have too many open loops (small, casual tasks piling up). Need to fix this ASAP

I'm trying a new experiment with marketing, which is to have brand accounts for my saas 1. QuasarUI 2. Supersaas I know both of these saas are for developers, and it's very difficult to sell them. Let's see how it goes.

The most useful life advice I've heard is to always close open loops. No matter how tiring or boring, get it done and close the loop. Want to send an email? Send it and close the task. The more open loops on your mind, the more your task list piles up and the more tiring your days become.

`Close the Loop`. That's the tweet for today, and if you understand and implement this one simple sentence, your life will improve a lot

This is so underrated. Tried this in the last couple of days, and oh boy, I realized how calm my mind is Close the Loop no matter what

I think people are missing one point; yes, maybe one day they will realize, but all the new people coming into this industry are developers. Once they realize Oh yes, there is something indie hacking as well, where you can build and sell Naturally, they start from that point

People are missing core stuff here, which are execution and marketing now. Take my example literally: I launched the same thing on October 21 xitter.gq/CodeWithHafiz/status/2…

One thing I realized after Ahmed went viral is the execution, because literally I built the same thing, same stack, but couldn't market it properly xitter.gq/CodeWithHafiz/status/2…

Supersaas has five ways in: email and password, magic link, email OTP, GitHub/Google/Discord, and anonymous sessions. All of it lives in one Better Auth config, server/utils/auth/index.ts. When a login acts weird, you open one file. supersaas.dev/blog/every-sig…

As promised, 1 and 3 are done now. Check supersaasanalytics.com . The second one is also coming soon
What are the most important things for a business/Saas nowadays? 1. Developing ( Code ) your idea 2. Marketing ( social media posts ) 3. Tracking ( Url and all analytics ) Learn from 2 and 3, fix mistakes, and iterate, right? Am I missing something?

So I made one sale, and it's all reserved for the gift 🥳
Putting in extra hours on supersaas.dev this month (analytics + social media scheduler included) for a special reason. Our anniversary is next month, and every sale I make goes straight to my wife as a gift. 💍
