Agreed. @ClubLLondon still hasn't sent me the "damaged" item back (but you can be sure they charged me for the postage), and hasn't replied to any emails either. I won't be buying from them again, and I'm telling all my friends to avoid them too.
Nope, nothing at all… They’ve ignored all my emails, I asked my credit card company to issue a chargeback…

@ClubLLondon You won't refund me a dress you say was damaged - it was in perfect condition when I sent it back. I asked for details and no-one is answering. Trustpilot has SO many people complaining of the same scam, can you solve my problem or do I need to issue a chargeback?
Same problem here regarding customer service. No-one picks up. Kinda fed up of PCR test providers being so god-awful...
I usually panic a bit so I'd filled in the French attestation (FR embassy confirmed it was outdated) and had my medical evidence ready to present, but no-one asked for that. Station wasn't too busy, plenty of space on the train too!
Worth noting I'm a French national and UK resident. They (very briefly) checked that I had a negative PCR test and had filled the UK international travel form. Nothing else was asked of me, custom agents didn't check anything other than my passport. No checks when arriving in FR
So just to be clear, I should confirm with the UK embassy that I don't need a French attestation form to travel to France? The UK form is all filled and ready to go, but since France has relaxed the rules, it's not clear what's needed.
@Eurostar @EurostarUK - Due to travel to France tomorrow. French embassy has confirmed attestation forms were outdated, but what should I do if you haven't received an updated one before I get to St Pancras? Fill in the old one?
