How often do you update the azure status site? still showing all good but cannot access any Azure Portal services either.
Had call back from complaints now. Have managed to cancel the incorrect account pending 30 days notice period. At least I get to say goodbye with one more payment.
Hi Scott, Yes I have rung twice. Told multiple times a supervisor would call me back to fix, they didnt. Last time told it should be sorted in a few days, it wasn't. Live chat when it works tells me I have to call in. Have just filled in the complaints form as recommended.
What should I do when i have tried these live chats before and nothing happens? I get told to call the standard help line.
@SkyUK please help. Over a year now and youre using my subscription to pay for someone else's Netflix. Two phone calls and still not resolved. I want to pay for myself to access not strangers.
