COETICA is a self hosted operational agent workspace from @CoeusInstitute : a persistent, tool using agent with a React UI, a Kali Linux desktop, baked in codebase-memory, and a file explorer, browser, system metrics page, detached windows, and so much more. It is a detached fork of @Agent0ai with a modified core loop, built around @openrouter, rebuilt UI, more bundled skills, plugins, 100+ embedded libraries, and built in skills to help the user safely modify the system in realtime - within its own environment.
