BTC tapped out $25,000 while ETH captured the psychological $2,000 mark but both have receded slightly since. Professional option traders do not usually open individual option trades, but instead execute combinations of puts/ calls, or what we call “strategy”.

Tip: using the calculator you can also price an option using a Delta, rather than strike. For example, 0.1 Delta option for 25FEB22 expiry: - Strike: 50341 - IV: 61% - Premium: 0.004 BTC ($206)

Looking at ETH's option flows today, there were substantial buys on the ETH JUN25 5K-call resulting in a decrease in OI. Most likely scenario is profit taking from call sellers during the massive ETH run-up.
