Humanity is missing these days. Even in our country. No one speaks of unity, love or affection. Media & political parties are busy with such opinions of hatred & creating an influence on the general public. Those who are responsible citizens are not bothered about what we are giving to the present & next generation. We have forgotten the lessons from the Hiroshima & Nagasaki nuclear attacks. People must understand no religion creates difference but it's the interpreter who creates one. When I retired in 2021 with a dream to influence our young generation for the betterment of people and our great Nation and its heritage I have jotted for our citizens if its suit may be shared with others. STOP SENDING YOUR SPOKESPERSONS TO DEBATES THAT MOCK DEMOCRACY!
Why do political parties continue sending their representatives to national television debates where they are neither heard fairly nor given an equal opportunity to present their views?
If a media channel appears more interested in defending the government or promoting a particular political party than in conducting independent journalism, why should opposition representatives continue to participate in such debates?
What is the point of sitting on a panel when your microphone can be muted, your voice switched off, your arguments interrupted, and your presence reduced to a mere formality? You are invited not necessarily to be heard, but to provide the appearance of a debate while the channel drives its own preferred narrative.
My appeal to all political parties and their leaders is simple: STOP SENDING YOUR REPRESENTATIVES TO SUCH DEBATES.
Do not allow your spokespersons to become props in a television spectacle that undermines meaningful public discourse. If a channel is unwilling to provide a fair, independent and balanced platform, deny it the participation it seeks.
This is not about silencing the media. It is about reminding the media of its responsibility to question those in power, uphold journalistic independence, and give competing viewpoints a fair hearing.
Let the channels introspect. Let them ask themselves whether they are serving the public interest or merely acting as political party spokespersons.
When your voice is repeatedly muted, your absence can become a stronger message than your presence.
Democracy needs independent journalism, not manufactured debates. Political parties must have the courage to stop legitimising platforms that refuse to listen.
AVOID. BOYCOTT UNFAIR DEBATES. DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY.
The media must remember: it is supposed to question those in power, not become their echo.

JANTAR MANTAR, THE NATIONAL FLAG AND THE LAW: IS PEACEFUL PATRIOTISM AN OFFENCE?
Can unfurling the National Flag at Jantar Mantar be wrong merely because citizens are protesting?
The National Flag represents our Constitution, freedom and the sacrifices of countless Indians. It belongs to every citizen, including those who peacefully question the government.
Articles 19(1)(a) and 19(1)(b) of the Constitution guarantee freedom of speech and expression and the right to assemble peacefully without arms, subject to constitutionally permissible restrictions.
Is Jantar Mantar a “Prohibited Place”?
Section 2(8) of the Official Secrets Act, 1923, defines a “prohibited place” by reference to specified defence establishments and other places falling within the statutory definition. Certain other locations require a Central Government notification in the Official Gazette, subject to the applicable statutory conditions.
Jantar Mantar does not automatically become a prohibited place under the Official Secrets Act merely because it is a protest venue or because restrictions are imposed on public gatherings.
Authorities may regulate protests under other applicable laws or lawful orders. However, regulating a gathering does not, by itself, convert the venue into a “prohibited place” under the Official Secrets Act.
What Has the Supreme Court Said?
In Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan v. Union of India (2018), the Supreme Court recognised the importance of peaceful protest and addressed the need to balance protesters’ fundamental rights with the rights of residents and the public.
The legal position is clear in principle: peaceful protest is a constitutional right, but it remains subject to lawful and reasonable restrictions.
Is Unfurling the Tricolour an Offence?
The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, and the Flag Code of India govern the respectful display and use of the National Flag.
Unfurling the Tricolour is not, by itself, automatically an offence. Any allegation must be assessed against the applicable law, the circumstances and any specific lawful restriction.
If an authority alleges a violation, it should identify the particular law or order and explain how the conduct contravened it.
THE CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION
If citizens peacefully unfurl the National Flag to express their grievances, the issue is not whether they love their country. The issue is whether their conduct violates a specific, applicable legal restriction.
Patriotism and peaceful dissent are not mutually exclusive. Respect for the National Flag must coexist with respect for the Constitution that protects our freedoms.
THE TRICOLOUR BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE OF INDIA. PEACEFUL DISSENT IS NOT, BY ITSELF, DISLOYALTY TO THE NATION.

Kamal ka media hai humara!! Instead of asking authorities about the law and order, safety and protection for citizen after the open attack on Tiger Shroff. They are boosting Goons and gangsters! I too follow Bhagat Singh and in the garb of the said ideology Lawrence Bishnoi is not permitted to commit any crime. He has no permission to kill any one in our Nation. How can he operate from Jail is a big question. Failure or compromised Police system : Gaddari Desh se? Where is the constitutional spirit of Article 14 now ? Hope they are not misusing his name as it's impossible to survive with our support of Institutions or Govt! In last 14 years ..

LOVE IS NOT A CRIME. HUMAN DIGNITY IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.
The reported execution of a Bangladeshi couple in Saudi Arabia raises grave questions about human rights, justice, and the dignity of human life. Does any society truly understand the purity of love if relationships are met with punishment rather than compassion and justice?
Human rights must not be sacrificed at the altar of social customs, moral policing, or rigid interpretations of law. Every person deserves dignity, a fair trial, and protection from cruel or disproportionate punishment.
The world must raise its voice, demand transparency, and hold authorities accountable wherever human rights are violated. People must consider peaceful boycotts and other lawful forms of protest to oppose such practices.
I appeal to Muslims across the world, along with people of every faith and none, to speak up for compassion, justice, and humanity. This is not about targeting a religion or its followers; it is about standing against practices that violate fundamental human rights.
WHEN LOVE IS SILENCED AND HUMAN LIFE IS DEVALUED, HUMANITY ITSELF STANDS ACCUSED.

from manipulating institutions to ignoring grave crises like manipur, the current regime relies heavily on online trolls to silence valid critiques. wrapping oneself in a political flag while calling decorated veterans 'anti-national' is the ultimate hypocrisy.

🪖SOLIDARITY WITH COLONEL AMIT SIR’S WORDS : every single word shared by sir hits the absolute bullseye. serving the nation in uniform…

THE REALITY OF QUESTIONING THOSE IN POWER!
The moment we question the government, we are labelled anti-national, leftists, funded, and ignorant.
And if the questioner is a veteran, the attacks become personal:
“Who made him an officer?”
“Jawano ke saath kya karta hoga?”
“Fauj ke naam par kalank!”
“Playing the veteran card for followers!”
“Misusing the uniform!”
MY ANSWER TO SUCH TROLLS REMAINS THE SAME:
MANZOOR HAI! KYONKI DESH SARVPRATHAM HAI. 🇮🇳
PAR ANDHBHAKT NAHI HOON!
My allegiance is to the nation and its Constitution not to any political party or its leadership. Questioning those in power is not anti-national; it is a democratic responsibility.
AND TO THOSE WHO TROLL, HERE IS A CHALLENGE:
Ask those in power to hold a press conference and answer the public on:
- BJP’s donations and current party funds
- SEBI and the companies under scrutiny
- SIR and concerns surrounding the electoral process
- Manipur and the prolonged suffering of its people
- Silence over hate speech and the spread of hatred
- Biased media and the erosion of independent journalism
- Allegations of corruption and the clearance or political rehabilitation of leaders after joining the BJP
- And the many other questions that deserve transparent answers.
These are questions of public accountability not allegations to be settled through online abuse.
Remember: The government and public servants are accountable to the people. They are not our masters; WE, THE PEOPLE, ARE THE MASTERS OF OUR DEMOCRACY.
A veteran does not surrender his conscience after hanging up his uniform. Nor does patriotism require blind obedience.
QUESTIONING POWER IS NOT BETRAYING THE NATION. SILENCING QUESTIONS IS A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.
🇮🇳 DESH SARVPRATHAM : PARTY NAHI, ANDHBHAKTI NAHI!
