One of the most important things we do at @MachAutonomy is make jobs safer. That takes on a more literal meaning for us as a company now.
Today Mach announced we were selected as the autonomy partner to BLADE for the @USArmy Infantry Last Tactical Mile program. That last mile, between rear support and the front line, is where resupply convoys and casualty movement put soldiers in the line of fire.
The Hunter WOLF, running Mach autonomy, is built to carry up to 2,800 pounds of cargo into forward positions and to evacuate casualties, so fewer soldiers have to make that drive.
When lives are on the line, autonomy can't be a science project. It has to continue the mission when GPS is jammed and dust and smoke blind the cameras.
Our vertically integrated stack runs entirely onboard and backed by 250,000+ hours of real-world autonomous operation across 40+ platforms in 10+ countries.

Mach has been selected to supply autonomy for BLADE’s Hunter WOLF in the U.S. Army’s Infantry Last Tactical Mile program.
Field-proven autonomy for missions beyond the operator.

Any updates on this issue @adcock_brett ?
Sun up to sun down at 6k ft. Was great to stop by @equipexposition yesterday and really good to have the plane back after 12 month.
The number of computers on an autonomous machine is a bigger problem than the AI model. @ubitium just raised $14M to go after exactly that.
Their pitch: today sensing, AI and real-time control run on separate chips (a DSP, an NPU and a CPU) stitched together. They want one processor doing all of it. Their first chip is back from the fab, and evaluation units of the commercial one are planned for 2027. So this is a 2027+ thing, not something on a machine this fall.
They're right about the pain though. Every extra box on a tractor or loader is another connector shaking loose, another supplier, another software version the dealer has to keep track of. In the dirt that adds up fast.
That's why at @MachAutonomy we built hardware and software together and treat it as one system the OEM can integrate and support. You can't fix vibration, heat and update headaches one chip at a time.
OEM guys: how many separate controllers are on your autonomy-ready machines today? Has anyone actually got that number going down?

Have been using Hark and really impressed so far. 1 major draw back however has me ready to drop it completely.
I upgraded to Pro2 a couple weeks ago, maybe hit the daily usage limit 1 time in that period but now have no monthly usage left.
This is the quickest way to lose paying customers
@hark_labs @adcock_brett
Have a daily limt, have a weekly limit, have a monthly limit but dont have more then one, especially when they dont reconcile. I am taking the best features from Hark and dropping them into my own custom agent now until this is fixed.
Bye for now Hark 😞
Just set up @hark_labs and I think its the one.
Tried them all

Hark is just really smart, it get the context and doesn't needlessly churn on loops in life it thinks are open but infact are closed or dont matter. The UI is the best. Nice work @adcock_brett
Ok, we have a problem @hark_labs I upgraded to Pro2 after running a day and hitting the limt on free figured I would have like 20x more usage, couldn't even get through a day with pro2 before its out, also the UI does not let me know when it resets. @adcock_brett
By the way here is a teaser of one of the vehicle platforms you will likely get the chance to work on!
Now Hiring: Systems Engineer · Program Engineer · Field Application Engineer

The current sales pitch to VCs is that Foundation World Models and synthetic data will soon close the sim-to-real gap in Physical AI.
This is coming from Silicon Valley tech bros who have never spent an hour running real machinery on a farm or jobsite.
Here’s why that playbook breaks the moment you leave demo conditions
On-road simulation assumes rigid surfaces and predictable friction.
The dirt introduces three things physics engines still can't reliably model:Non-linear terramechanics (soil plasticity & dynamic slip)
Particulate scattering (dust/chaff blinding optical sensors)
Biological occlusion (pushing through 6ft grass vs stopping)
In a simulator, stopping for a dust cloud is "safe." In production ag, stopping for dust means missing a 10-day planting window and killing the customer's ROI.
Physical AI isn't proven in a cloud server. It has to be earned in the dirt with real operators depending on the machine. Thats how it gets done at @MachAutonomy
Big news coming soon. If you operate in the Solar space stay tuned!
Mach is heading to @REPlusEvents 2026. Las Vegas Convention Center · Nov 16–19 · Booth W16676. Come see what factory-integrated autonomy looks like on real equipment. #REPlus26

Colin Hurd with @MachAutonomy & @montebottens dig into the implications of physical AI for ag. You cannot simply “update” a field overnight. It’s a good reminder useful conversations aren’t about proving who is right—but being curious enough to look again

Thanks for the name drop @ShawnRyanShow Autonomous defense vehicles are critical to US dominance but more importantly keeping our warfighters out of harms way. @MachAutonomy is proud to supply some of the most advanced ground vehicles autonomy systems in the world.
Looking forward to my first @PrimaryVC Summit next week in NYC! I am a midwest farm guy but people say its an awesome event so lets meet up and talk @MachAutonomy
It's back to school for the best of tech.
On September 16, Summit returns to NYC with @UbertiGavin, @lancearmstrong, @eastdakota, @c_valenzuelab, @tankots, @paraga and many more.
Final applications are open for one more week.
