I just spoke with @jimmynicholsjr5’s family and wanted to share a brief update. The prayers are working! Jimmy’s vital signs have stabilized, and the pressure on his brain has subsided for now.
His journey is far from over. Jimmy remains hospitalized and is receiving exceptional care from the medical staff in Montevideo, Uruguay. Although his recovery will take time, his prognosis is much more encouraging today, and we are grateful to see the progress he continues to make.
Please keep Jimmy and his family in your prayers. If you are able to support Jimmy and his family with the financial obstacles ahead of them through this journey you can do so here: gofund.me/5616e8f72 @CoastalMBB @TealSyndicate @TealTroubadours @VCURamNation @VCU_Hoops @CoachJustinGray @CoachRhoades @HoyaCoachCooley @PCFriarsmbb @PCFriarFaithful @BDunnsports @giannaforbistv @JamieShaw5 @Phenom_Hoops @Coach_Rick57
This is a difficult message to share…
@jimmynicholsjr5, a former player at @PCFriarsmbb, @VCU_Hoops & @CoastalMBB, has been fighting for his life in Uruguay, where he was playing professionally.
Jimmy has undergone several emergency operations and remains in critical condition under 24/7 supervision and care.
Over the weekend, doctors warned us to prepare for the worst.
Thanks to the incredible efforts of @votetimscott’s office, Jimmy’s parents were able to urgently travel to Uruguay to be by their son’s side. Since their arrival, Jimmy’s outlook has improved greatly.
But Jimmy still has a long fight ahead of him — and he and his family need our help.
The unforeseen medical, travel and related expenses are staggering. Any contribution, no matter the amount, can make a meaningful difference as his family focuses on Jimmy’s recovery and ultimately bringing him home.
First and foremost, the Nichols family asks for your prayers. Please pray for Jimmy, his strength, his healing, and everyone caring for him.
If you are able to contribute, please consider helping. If you cannot, sharing this message can make a difference too.
Jimmy is fighting. His family is beside him. Let’s make sure they know the basketball community is behind them.
🙏 Pray for Jimmy.

Was able to speak with Jimmy Nichols' mother, Jennifer. The family is optimistic. The pressure in the brain has come down, which will allow doctors to perform another surgery in the next 24 hours. The family asks that you keep them in your prayers. Jimmy still has a long way to go. However, he's a tough kid and will continue to battle. I will continue to keep you informed whenever I receiver word from the family. God bless!

#BREAKING: Bryce Hopkins dad Clyde Hopkins was ejected during today’s Providence College & St John’s basketball game after an altercation with students
Security reports indicate that Clyde Hopkins assaulted 2 Providence sophomores following his sons airballed 3 point attempt
I’m told the students are “just fine” following the assault and won’t need to sit out for a full season like Bryce would’ve if he was hit

Go check every major media organization’s website.
See if they’ve mentioned the biggest story in the country.
🚨 Here is the full 42 minutes of my crew and I exposing Minnesota fraud, this might be my most important work yet. We uncovered over $110,000,000 in ONE day. Like it and share it around like wildfire! Its time to hold these corrupt politicians and fraudsters accountable
We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening, the fraud must be stopped.

NO SUPRISE! @GovDanMcKee’s approval is in freefall.
After 80 years of Democrat control, Rhode Island is broke, broken, and bleeding talent.
@realDonaldTrump only has to clean up 4 years of Biden’s mess. We’ve got 80 years of destruction to clean up.
✅Time for real Rhode Islanders to take our state back.
✅Time for Republicans to come in and fix this
✅Time for YOU to run for office!

On Monday night, June 9, after attending the South Kingstown Town Council meeting, I was physically assaulted by Councilman Jay Wegimont.
He stormed out mid-meeting, skipped a vote, and charged right at me. He proceeded to body slam me in the hallway and screamed in my face over a seven-month-old social media post where I mentioned his 3 DUIs.
I tried to walk away. He followed me down the hallway, into the stairwell still yelling, still escalating. That’s when I pulled out my phone and hit record.
The second he realized he was on camera, he changed instantly. He tried to calm himself down because in that moment, he knew: he’d been caught.
This wasn’t a heat of the moment dispute. This was a calculated act of political intimidation.
I’ve filed criminal charges and I am pressing charges.
Wegimont should resign immediately. Political violence is un-American. I won’t be bullied. I won’t be silenced. I will always fight for what’s right.
