Captain David Wilkinson OBE joined the Royal Navy in 1983, trained at BRNC and has enjoyed a long and varied Naval career. He holds a Masters Degree in Defence Studies, is an engaging public speaker and recently retired as Head of Career and Talent Management for the Royal Navy. – at Doha, Qatar
