Hello and welcome back to my page. You’re very welcome here. This weeks vlog is from a junior B relegation play off between two lowly teams called Inter Milan & Parma out in place called Italy. Not reknowned as a hurling or Gaelic football stronghold but I’m not one to look down on junior clubs.
My wife and kids were shown warmth and love and we soaked up the atmosphere as if it were an intermediate championship match back in west Cork.
I hope you you enjoy it as much as we did. #GAA #football #intermilan #sansiro #pov

Well worth a listen. This week I welcome Deirdre O Kane onto the pod. We talk about the business of comedy, adhd and a magic mushroom trip she had on a beach in Jamaica. Standard stuff really. open.spotify.com/episode/3NZ…
I’m heading to Ballydehob on Friday, 20th November for a very special night!
I’ll be bringing Pull Hard to Ballydehob Community Centre for a fundraiser in aid of Scoil Bhríde Parents’ Association — so come along, have a laugh and support a great local fundraiser at the same time.

Pull Hard is a brand-new stand-up comedy show that deals with fatherhood and middle age and the lingering disappointment of lost opportunity. The hour is seasoned with tales of GAA matches, failed diets and expensive babysitters. Above all, it’s a show about hope and endeavour.
The show has struck a chord with audiences across the country, culminating in a sold-out performance at the iconic Cork Opera House. Following that milestone night, the nationwide tour continues to go from strength to strength, playing to packed rooms and earning rave reactions wherever it lands.
Really looking forward to this one. See ye in Ballydehob!
