JULY 2025: More than a year later, “Guy” is charged with ‘Distribution of Narcotics’, which carries a statutory prison term is 1 to 15 years. AUGUST 2025: A month later, “Guy’s” prison sentence is suspended and he is cut a deal. OCTOBER 2025: “Guy” is officially sentenced for said crime. She noted that Gigi loves sleeping in mommy and daddy’s bed and that the child later woke and joined them. In a more recent appearance on Chicks on the Right she stated the opposite: she still sleeps with her daughter, Gigi prefers her own full-size bed and never wants the big California king, and that is where they sleep together. The two versions cannot both be true. One places Charlie in Gigi’s bed while Erika and the child occupy the parents’ bed; the other places Erika routinely in Gigi’s bed because the child rejects the larger parent's bed. The inconsistency raises questions about the timeline of events in the household that night, including where Charlie slept.
