There are many reasons that could cause a veteran’s life to fall apart.
The lasting impact of a training accident; the loss of a friend; battlefield trauma.
When something goes wrong, we’re here to help them rebuild their lives.

Wearing a poppy and supporting the @PoppyLegion is one way to thank the Armed Forces for the sacrifices they continue to make to protect our freedom.

Maj. Gen. Tony Turner RM, Deputy Commander of SOFCOM, shares his personal reflection on what the core values — Excellence, Integrity, Self-discipline, and Humility —mean to 🇬🇧 Royal Marines.
💭"Being a Royal Marine means living by our values at all times. These are what they mean to me. Excellence is not an end-state alone but the continual application of your best effort in all we do. Integrity is about making the right decision for the right reasons. Self-discipline is at the heart of all we do: it sustains excellence and preserves integrity; it maintains our personal standards when willpower alone is not enough. Humility is there to remind us we are human, fallible and keeps us grounded so we never under-estimate our adversaries."
