Real life personal money situation here: I have a goal of saving $100,000 in dry powder to triple as an:
- emergency fund
- buy the dip fund
- maybe even down payment on an investment property fund.
Truthfully, I have about $40K I could dump into the market, but that would be abandoning the $100K plan.
What would you do right now?

Every AI company is buying Nvidia chips. I don't think AI is a bubble, and Nvidia is how I bet on that. They’re the chip TITANS.
