JUST IN: 🚨 AI agents are now taking their disputes to a fully autonomous Internet Court powered by an AI jury.
Smart contracts and digital entities are settling high-stakes legal battles on-chain without human judges.

14/ It becomes:
Identity verified.
Authority verified.
Execution verified.
Then settlement.
That is a much stronger institutional trust model.
And IMO, that is where the Zilliqa thesis could become very interesting. $ZIL

13/ If Zilliqa starts mentioning:
Intel TDX
Trust Authority
remote attestation
trusted execution environments
hardware-attested mediation
…that would get my attention fast.
Because then Mediation becomes much more than compliance before settlement.

6/ Put that next to Zilliqa:
GLEIF/vLEI → identity
LTIN → organisational trust
Zilliqa Mediation → policy + authority
Intel TDX → protected execution
Intel Trust Authority → attestation
Settlement → value moves
That stack makes sense.

The next big crypto security narrative may not be faster chains.
It may be making sure a valid transaction is also a permitted one.
After another major exchange hack, @Zilliqa’s Mediation Layer suddenly looks a lot more relevant.

Unbelievable indeed! 😲😲
#Zilliqa staking is back working rn.
$ZIL staked on @BearbyPro are back producing rewards.
#crypto always surprises us. Here the impossible happens. And what we expect doesn't happen
The Fourth exchange migration hard fork is scheduled for block height 39,242,023 expected on 30 October 2026 at ~07:00 UTC.
This upgrade will:
- Migrate @XTexchange's ZIL balances from legacy Schnorr addresses to verified Zilliqa EVM addresses.
- Enable validator reward distribution every epoch instead of every block.
- Activate Pectra support, updating Zilliqa’s EVM compatibility.
- Enable the migration of legacy balances staked on Zilliqa 1 (Scilla staking contract) using the ZKP app.
- Prepare the migration of selected ZRC2 (Scilla) tokens to ERC20 (EVM).
- Correct EVM gas-fee accounting.
User do not need to take any action. Centralised exchanges may pause ZIL deposits and withdrawals and resume once hard-fork is rolled out successfully.
🧵
• The Third hard fork went live successfully. ZIL balances for @BithumbOfficial, @UpholdInc and @Bybit_Official were migrated from Legacy Schnorr addresses to verified Zilliqa EVM addresses.
• @ParibuCom and @cex_io have also resumed ZIL deposits and withdrawals on Zilliqa EVM, alongside @binance, @bitvavocom, @HTX_Global, @MEXC, @LBank_Exchange and @BitkubOfficial.
• The Zilliqa Ledger app is now available. Ledger users can use it alongside the ZKP Migration App to migrate their liquid ZIL.
If you haven’t migrated the ZIL in your Legacy account yet, you can do so now. Read the full guide before starting: blog.zilliqa.com/migrate-zil…

Bro, how did you manage to speak to him because less than a year back he told me about this? We spoke about it. If that actually happens, that is insane. This might be the last hope

One line in Zilliqa’s update stands out:
Even during the security + leadership reset, it says it will share its latest business developments with LTIN + Telecom Liechtenstein.
That suggests the institutional strategy remains active. Now it needs execution + trust to match it.
