💙 What is CWAP SWAP? 💜
CWAP is a new cross-chain DEX, similar to @THORSwap and @Chainflip, that supports Bitcoin and a wide range of blockchains. But it has some key differences.
Instead of using a blockchain with stakers and validators, CWAP relies on collateralized smart contracts on the @CoinwebOfficial platform.
Collateral for securing swaps is dynamically adjusted for each trade based on the transaction amount and time to complete. This is different from the staked validator approach, which ties up capital through validator auctions and set epoch time slots.
This approach cuts costs and makes the DEX flexible and extendable with other DeFi tools, all deployable as smart contracts on the same platform.
CWAP also allows permissionless listing of cross-chain pairs, similar to how pairs are listed on Uniswap.
We are here to increase the total market share of DEXs.
