Why are players being unfairly banned for a bug caused by the developer's own game error? If someone accidentally opens the box 2 or 3 times due to a system glitch or lag, does that automatically subject them to a penalty? Furthermore, is the Pikachu Candy really that essential to warrant such harsh measures?

開発者側のゲームの不具合（バグ）であるにもかかわらず、プレイヤーを理不尽にアカウントバンにするのはなぜでしょうか？
もし、システムの動作不良などが原因で、誤ってその箱を2、3回開けてしまったとしたら、それだけでペナルティの対象になってしまうのでしょうか？
また、ピカチュウのキャンディは本当にそこまで必要不可欠なもの（それほど重大なもの）なのでしょうか？
