Extraordinary response to @MarkCarney speech in European Parliament. Standing ovation from almost all MEPs and huge applause in public gallery. A new world order really is being shaped and it is not how Trump’s USA imagined. It used to be taken as read that the US President led the free world. No more. UK really needs to get fully on board with the big changes taking place. I hope this was discussed at the football last night!!
