Every day closer Cortex Validator on Monad soon (great service, rewards, and other benefits). @WaterLe_MON soon (simple, smooth UX to onboard net new users, and provide easy stake, compound, stable strategies) @Harkness_Labs for the academicians - a global, decentralized research, think tank, classroom. And a whole pipeline of other services and products lining up to start development in 2027 on Monad. A chain so elite, it will be home to products and services people haven’t even considered yet. And we will help people build them.

Yep. @WaterLe_MON On Monad
So I took my son to get his own banking set up today. He will be off to Uni soon. The MYTH that banking is easier than setting up a crypto wallet, connecting to an off ramp and managing funds is hilarious. And the “benefits” of the “better” accounts had me rolling my eyes (banker helping us knows blockchain and was like “yeah, I know. It’s what we inherited as a system”. 50 minutes there and we are still not done. Better yet, I left with even MORE conviction for what we are building @WaterLe_MON Parents will get their kids set up on Waterlemon because it’s just a better, easier, smarter way to teach their children financial literacy and responsibility. On Monad of course
There's a new version of this post

Researchers, academicians, and frontier tech have been at odds with each other recently. To continue to progress as a civilization we need to find ways for all the best, most human-centric, positive progress minded people to galvanize.

People looking at unlocks and PA are missing the entire point. 1. MON is the gas token. Better products. More users. More transactions. More demand. Ofc based on TODAYs activity it will potentially mean more tokens on the market. 2. MON is the staking token- if you are sitting on a bunch “waiting for the moon” you are missing out on more than 10% APY just sitting there. Quantity always goes up - see @WaterLe_MON 3. Institutional, Stablecoin payments, BTE, Cadence - all matter. A lot. These will bring many non retail/traditional users. And we are talking. About users of Size. (Not your “big allocation” airdrop size). 4. Tokenomics are best designed with at least 3-5 year projections for use in mind. Unless you want to be a place where there is constant debate over supply caps, inflation etc (you don’t) this matters. 5. The world and industry are so much different than any time in the past. In mostly good ways. Monad is best positioned to do what inhabitants of the current and future paradigms want to do. (IMHO). 6. The team didn’t build a chain for degens to get rich (or poor) trading MON like a meme. Your breed is not gonna be the dominant voice in coming years. This is real infrastructure for global activities. Not a digital Pokémon and MTG trading app. Long term games with long term people. And the game has changed - who are you betting on to lead into the future?

Preparatory work for post-quantum encrypted mempool. Not in the short path but an important building block for a bit later Category Labs research, best in class
Check out Tree-BTE 🌳, our new tree-based approach to designing batched threshold encryption (BTE), the cryptographic tool for encrypted mempools. Tree-BTE can be instantiated with different cryptographic hardness assumptions to yield different properties. For example, with a lattice-based hardness assumption, we get a post-quantum secure BTE scheme with >100x faster decryption than prior lattice-based schemes. Instantiations based on other assumptions (such as DDH, DCR, LWR) are also possible. Check out our paper on eprint.

Harkness is the best example of an almost $300 billion industry that can be disrupted on Monad - using blockchain infrastructure to deliver a better UX, AND user control, ownership- and a much more user friendly price point. @Harkness_Labs Question Everything… Disrupt Everything

One of the most powerful catalysts in a meritocracy is making sure the objectives and reputation of the achievers align with the values of the culture you wish to create. Incentivize the behaviors that reflect your values. Celebrate the successes of those whom you wish to represent model citizenship. Allow the best to grow into leaders. This approach predicts successful culture growth, long term alignment with new inhabitants- and a deterrent to those who are not a fit.
future belongs to those who create the most meritocratic systems yc, superteam, even protocols like pumpfun features of these systems - start with a leader with great judgment of people - leader removes themself as soon as minimum viable community is reached. stays as an arbiter in special cases - layer 2 maintains the culture - mechanics maintain meritocracy - people try to game it. system punishes them visibly - vintage doesn’t matter as much as contributions/potential does these are somewhat visible whats not visible - clear values and anti-values - bonding this applies to products, communities, ecosystems and countries

When making the demo for Monad Metropolis, we were very limited in what we could show due to time contraints. Harkness is a platform aspiring to disrupt the entirety of academia, research, scholarship, and education. 3 minutes is not enough time. Soon, we will share more.

Really impressed with the Monad execution of Metropolis- 880 submissions is amazing. For context Solana’s first hackathon had about 100 submissions. And I’m sure nobody remembers who won- none of those projects are still live. Win or lose- keep building.

Another step in the Harkness journey- And now, a short respite to catch our breath, and then? We will start onboarding more users to test the platform. Soon - Only on Monad, because that's the only chain on which we could build all the features we desire- and more.
