@eBay_UK at least a blind beggar is more likely to spot a fake than your dumbass AI bots. I love it though. Have a box load of counterfeit items I can easily sell on Ebay. Instead of for cash in dark alleyways. Thanks Ebay - the place to go for selling illegal goods.

I'm seeing on @eBay more small consignment and estate-sale accounts selling fake autographs with fake Beckett LOAs . Memorabilia isn't even their main business, yet buyers trust the feedback score as if somebody there has checked the signatures.
If specialist sellers already miss this stuff, a general reseller's reputation won't protect you.

eBay won’t do anything. Talked with them on the phone and they said to contact PayPal, since I used @PayPal but it’s crazy because this store has TONS of feedback of this

Yes. The federal standard incorporated by California law (FMVSS 218, Section 5.5) dictates that a helmet shell cannot have any rigid projections exceeding 0.20 inches (5 millimeters).
The world is full of fakes; counterfeits from Amazon & eBay, fake news from the major news outlets, and AI generated scams and endorsements. You are responsible for your own decisions. Make them wisely.

CHINESE NATIONALS SENTENCED IN CALIFORNIA APPLE FRAUD CASE
Two Chinese nationals — one an illegal alien — were sentenced to prison for leading a scheme to defraud Apple Inc. of at least $16.2 million by fraudulently “returning” thousands of counterfeit iPhones, iPads and other Apple devices.
Ringleader and illegal alien Wenhui Huang was sentenced to 78 months and ordered to pay $16,239,254 in restitution following the @HSILosAngeles probe with its @IRS_CI, @USPS and @LAPDHQ partners.
The group’s second-in-command, Yang Song, 39 got a 57-month sentence and was ordered to pay $16,997,415 restitution.

There are professional streamers on @eBay live actively selling counterfeit @Fanatics / @Topps (#GPK) and @PaniniAmerica (National Treasures) cards on stream.
They use masked titles like "Raw Trading Card" to bypass filters and eBay doesn’t seem to mind.

Yeah, I kind of had to laugh at the "an exec came across your post" line - no, she didn't just happen to see it, I tagged her & publicly called her out, which is how it ended up in the inbox of her executive assistant who wrote that email. 😂
Unfortunately, very few eBay execs were active on Twitter/X back then & even fewer are now...something about being vexed by social narrative domination leading to federal felony stalking & harassment, but that's a whole other story.
eBay actually shut down their social support channel here & on Facebook too, but they still offer support through Instagram so that may be worth a shot if you have an account there.

@eBay lifetime-banned me after one $41.90 purchase of Ryan Cohen kids books
I had an old account I could not get into from years ago. Support said it had been shut down because it was compromised. I opened a new account. They verified my name, email, and phone, lifted a flag on my new account so I could buy the books, and said I was good to go. The only thing I did after that was buy Ryan Cohen’s Teddy Vol. 1 & 2 set for $41.90.
The books were delivered today and so was the permanent suspension. No listings. No selling. Nothing else.
eBay permanently suspended the account for “activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk.
”I talked to support. They said I can never have an eBay account. The agent said this happens a lot, that he and other support staff cannot see why the account was flagged, and that anyone else I contact will give me the same answer. He said if he could reinstate it, he would. He can’t.
Same email language RC posted when they suspended him.
@eBay please review this and reinstate the account. One purchase. Purchased books. That’s all I did.
