The men who are so obedient and scrupulous in following their instructions when it comes to strangling don't seem quite so compliant when they're asked to clean up their mess or put the washing on. You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland). You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission.

🚨 MY FAMILY HAS BEEN THREATENED WITH MURDER AND RAPE, HOW MUCH MORE MUST I ENDURE? Tonight, at 7:54 pm, I received a vile and disturbing email from someone threatening to slit my parents’ throats, rape a woman associated with me, and keep an eye on me. And why? Apparently because of my views on Islam, Muslims and immigration. I receive hateful messages, abuse and intimidation almost daily, but this has gone beyond anything I should have to tolerate. LET ME REMIND EVERYONE. I HAVE ALREADY LOST MY LIVELIHOOD. I lost my job at Swansea Council in 2024, and I firmly believe that sustained pressure from individuals within the local Muslim community and politically opposed council workers contributed to what happened. Was losing my job, my income and my financial security not enough? Was I supposed to disappear, remain silent and never express my opinions again? Despite everything, I refused to be silenced. And now, after repeatedly reporting threats and intimidation to South Wales Police and feeling that my concerns have been ignored, THIS is what I am receiving. And for those who think these threats are harmless words, remember the Batley Grammar School teacher, who faced serious threats and was forced into hiding following controversy over showing an image of the Prophet Muhammad. Do we really have to wait until somebody is physically harmed before taking this seriously? I came to Britain believing in freedom of speech, democracy and the right to challenge ideas, including religious beliefs, without fearing for my family’s safety. You don’t have to like me. You don’t have to agree with my politics. But surely nobody deserves to have their loved ones threatened with murder or sexual violence because of their opinions. TO @swpolice : For nearly two years, I have raised concerns about threats and intimidation. I feel that you have repeatedly failed to take my safety seriously. HOW MANY MORE THREATS MUST I RECEIVE BEFORE SOMETHING IS DONE? I am putting this publicly on record: If anything happens to me or my family, I want every complaint I have made, every piece of evidence I have submitted and the police’s handling of my concerns independently investigated. This latest email will also be reported to the police. I refuse to be intimidated into silence, but I should not have to choose between exercising my freedom of speech and protecting my family. Tonight, my family and I experienced something no family should ever have to go through. Our restaurant, Singh’s Dining Restaurant in Hammersmith, was attacked by a group of Islamists. We had been receiving death threats every single day, including one that specifically warned us that 28 October would be our last day. We raised our concerns, and the @metpoliceuk were aware of the threats. Yet tonight, we found ourselves facing the very nightmare we had feared. My daughter had to close the shutters just in time. I cannot even begin to imagine what might have happened if she hadn’t acted so quickly. We could have lost someone in our family tonight. The attackers reportedly tried for a long time to break through the shutters to get inside, leaving shortly before the police arrived. We have serious concerns about how the attackers knew when to leave, and whether they were alerted before the police arrived. These concerns deserve a thorough and transparent investigation. Tonight, I am left facing a heartbreaking decision, Do we keep our doors open and risk our lives, or do we shut down the business we have worked so hard to build because I don’t serve Halal food. No family should ever have to choose between their livelihood and their safety. No one should have to live in fear in their own place of work. I am angry. I am heartbroken. I am frightened for my family’s safety. I am calling on the @metpoliceuk to take these threats seriously, investigate tonight’s attack thoroughly, and ensure that my family is protected. There seems to be some confusion amongst some people, so I will explain it as clearly as I can: Australia’s sex discrimination act was created for women, on the basis of our sex. When it was enacted in 1984 (ominous year, in hindsight) employment was a big part of it. There was a part of the act, section 7D, that allowed “special measures” where things exclusively for women weren’t even classed as discrimination, basically when it was being a woman is what actually mattered in the situation. Specific employment/opportunity provisions and… woman-only spaces fell/fall into this category. In 2013, the Gillard amendments introduced “gender identity” while taking the definitions of woman & man out of the act. Sex was never defined, but in a normal world it didn’t have to be. It could only have meant one thing (a mistake, again in hindsight). By the time the trans absurdity hit fever pitch, Australian institutions were captured. This included those meant to be the custodians of the SDA. Suddenly, all they cared about was “gender identity” aka transgender ideology. When the Tickle v Giggle case came along, it started with an Australian Human Rights Commission complaint. To settle it, aka not have it advance to federal court, I was expected to just agree with transgender ideology. I don’t. I wish I could say I completely understood the magnitude at the time, but it’s almost impossible to. You think you do, but you don’t really until it hits you like a bus. But what I did know, instinctively, was that if I folded, I couldn’t live with it, nor would it help because all it signaled was that “we” would just accept it if threatened. I found myself in a position to challenge the absurdity, and I did, because I knew not doing it would have been worse no matter what. Obviously, everyone knows now, the courts ruled against me in every way they could. From what a woman is, to 7D, to damages. I lost - and have lost - everything. But what does it mean to everyone else in reality? It means the sex discrimination commissioner told the court that the ordinary meaning of woman includes men who claim to be women, and the court accepted that. Men who claim to be women are women in Australia, via the only legislation they have to validate it. It means that for every aspect of the SDA, per the SDC’s demand, woman includes men who claim to be women. From employment to women only spaces to pregnancy protections, because of section 7D. Did we warn about this in our court submissions and arguments? Yes. That was actually our entire case. You can read it. It’s all publicly available. The high court said that we would have no possibility of success. We were arguing that women is adult human female and this matters in, tada, section 7D. That was it. The high court said “hell no way”. The high court is captured too. As it stands, due to legal precedent, a special measure for women based on sex does not provide a defense to gender identity discrimination. That means that all special measures for women fall to gender identity, which will only be used by men who claim to be women, and includes - tada - employment, and women only spaces. It means that men who claim to be women have more rights than actual women, while simultaneously taking away our rights. I don’t know how many more times I could say the “Tickle v Giggle” case is about more than “just” one app, I’ve been saying it for almost 5 years, but I will continue to do it until everyone understands. They wiped women’s rights off the map. It’s a f—ing mess. It doesn’t work. It’s incoherent. It’s ideological. It writes women out of law. It’s corruption. It’s totalitarian. It’s bullsh-t. It’s the test of any government: are you ok with legislating a lie?
