6’3 QB, @Cordae_Norling (2029 Sophomore) is known for his precision passing. But last night in the playoff game they threw him a screen pass and showed off his athleticism. #FWFB #ThisIsHEIR 👑 // #BowDown 👑 // #CrownsUp 👑 // #HeirFootball 👑 //#HeirBoyz 🗣👑 // @NickRolovich @PatMcCann7

Went out to Sunnyside on Friday last week and saw Federal Way play its first game since the loss of DeeJay Tuiasosopo. I talked with senior Chester Malele-Tala and junior Jaylon Pitre about the heartbreaking loss of their friend and teammate. federalwaymirror.com/2026/11…

Couldn’t have scripted a better way to honor Deejay than what happened last night at the @FWHSFootball game. The team scored 56 points (Deejay’s number) and won the game 56-0. Rest in paradise young king! You will forever be missed. #HeirFootball 👑 // #FWFB 🦅

The U.S. Army is now training soldiers to dig mass battlefield graves for American troops for the first time in decades, rehearsing how to handle mass casualties as Trump's war continues. The Army says it hasn't needed to do this on a large scale since the Korean War.

Eloquent, thoughtful, mature and honest emotions from these high school kids. Well done by @schwaarzy It took a lot of trust in her from these kids and families to share their opinions.

Just had a student-athlete receive his second college scholarship offer. Our head coach spoke with the college coach, and these were the questions they asked: • How is his home life? • How are his academics? • How is he in the weight room? • Is he coachable? • Does he pick up on concepts? • Are his parents a problem? • Is he a complainer? • Does he run track? • What is his legitimate size? Not one question about his stats. Not a single one. College coaches are evaluating the whole person. Character. Family. Academics. Work ethic. Coachability. Football IQ. Physical development. Attitude. The scoreboard matters. The film matters. The production matters. But when a college coach is deciding whether they want to invest in a young man for the next four years, who he is matters just as much as what he does on Friday night. That’s why we talk so much about building the person, not just the player. The game may get you noticed. Your character determines what happens next. @CoachJonWheeler
