Second pic for the Spread the Love pack. I'm pleased with how this one came out but good god did I regret choosing such a complex outfit-background combo while I was drawing this.
Finally got the go-ahead to post my stuff for @lockuheart's Spread the Love pack, so here's my first of two pics! Had a lot of fun with the glow effects on this one.
