What a week for the club! 🏆🩷💛 And there’s more good news away from the track, as our New Bay filly is now officially in the process of being broken in and looking fantastic! She’s already giving Craig Lidster a few glimpses of what might be to come, and it’s always exciting to watch the progress of our yearlings as they take those first steps towards a career on the track. We go again! 🩷💛 Two runners head to Southwell today, with plenty to look forward to. Asian Journey is back down to his last winning mark, and we’re hoping he can take advantage of the drop in the weights and get himself back in the winner’s enclosure. Changeofmind is another hoping for a change of fortunes, looking to bounce back into form and rediscover the promise and ability he showed throughout the summer. Two chances to get stuck into today. A racing club formed back in 2018 with a simple idea: a few horses, shared with friends, and a bit of fun along the way. We go again! 🩷💛 Southwell is the destination today, with three runners flying the Ursa Major flag. Naval Command and Angelic Melody both embark on the early stages of their journeys with Ursa, while Curious Rover is a familiar face who owes us absolutely nothing and always gives his all. Big day at Ursa Major! 😍 3 runners, 2 tracks and plenty to look forward to. We have two Ursa regulars out today, Character Testing and Huit Reflets. Huit Reflets owes us absolutely nothing, but we would love to see him rediscover some of his old form and get back to doing what he does best. Character Testing is a horse who thoroughly deserves his head in front after a frustrating run of near misses. Hopefully today can be his day! Our main event comes this evening at Wolverhampton, 4.30pm, where Mini Mac goes in search of becoming the FIRST horse to qualify for the AW Bonus and earn a share of Horse of the Month. It would be a fantastic achievement for the club, but equally a huge credit to James Owen and his team for the training plan and work that has gone into getting him here. Fingers crossed he can get his head in front and repay the faith shown in him by everyone involved. 🤞 Good luck to all connections and everyone representing the Battenberg colours today! 🩷💛

A new recruit to the stable, and certainly one who caught the eye yesterday! 😍 Tattie Bogle was paraded for owners at Laskill Grange, and it’s fair to say we seem to have bought a popular lad.
