I have previously speculated that Man City launched a Section X appeal to challenge the Commission’s (and Appeal Board’s) decision to publish a “final award” lacking sanctions. If so, it would likely be chaired by Dyson or Neuberger - both former Supreme Court justices. It would make sense to draft in Eadie for such a matter going up against Pannick (who excels in appeals on matters of law).
