Sprint 43 is officially closed on CrypticDesign.net. The raw numbers are a little deceptive: 14 of 76 issues closed, with 62 rolling forward into Sprint 44. That sounds rough until you look at what actually shipped. The real objective of Sprint 43 was to finish stabilizing and validating the Wave 0 launch, and we did that. We closed the production release loop, verified the live site externally, tightened canonical metadata and SEO coverage, validated robots and sitemap behavior, fixed legacy routes, improved social previews, verified admin MFA and recovery, and cleaned up a significant amount of Jira and governance debt. The bigger lesson from the retrospective is that I had way too much scheduled inventory sitting inside one sprint. So Sprint 44 is being run differently: the broader roadmap can exist on the board, but actual active work stays intentionally small, dependency-driven, and focused on completing real outcome chains. Now we're moving into the next phase. Sprint 44 starts laying the foundation for the next major layer of CrypticDesign.net: • Native Public + Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 membership architecture • Creator Projects and Assets • Rights, provenance, and asset lineage • Governed compute and production infrastructure • Creator collaboration and project permissions • The foundation for publishing, release management, and project administration The progression is becoming much clearer: Public is the open entertainment and discovery layer. Tier 1 establishes persistent membership, identity, My Home, Library, progress, and community participation. Tier 2 expands into deeper access, early releases, previews, premium experiences, and stronger participation in the development process. Tier 3 becomes the professional Creator tier. That means much more than access to creator tools. It is being designed as the professional creation, publishing, and project-administration layer of the platform: Creator Studio, projects, assets, collaboration, rights and provenance, production tools, publishing workflows, release management, analytics, and administrative control over the creator's own work and authorized projects. The goal is not just to give people tools to make things. The goal is to give creators the infrastructure to develop their work, organize it, establish ownership and provenance, collaborate around it, manage it, publish it, and maintain a lasting relationship with the audience around it. Singularis is now live on the Cryptic Design website. This is the beginning of the official product page and communications hub for the project — a place where we’ll continue expanding the universe through games, animation, music, worldbuilding, development updates, and experimentation over time. It’s still early. A lot is still evolving. But the foundation is finally starting to take shape.
