THE DEEP STATE KNOWS Republicans are drooling to see Obama in cuffs getting perp-walked. It will never happen. It's just a DISTRACTION FROM EPSTEIN, and here's why:
Treason (18 U.S.C. § 2381) does not apply to Obama for Russiagate allegations because there is no evidence of levying war or aiding a wartime enemy (Russia was not an enemy), and intent to betray is absent.
Seditious conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) does not apply because the alleged actions (e.g., directing FBI/DOJ investigations) involve no conspiracy to use force to overthrow the government or obstruct laws.
The Supreme Court’s ruling in Trump v. United States (603 U.S. 593, 2024) provides Obama absolute immunity for core constitutional acts (e.g., managing DOJ/FBI, approving FISA warrants) and presumptive immunity for other official acts (e.g., NSC meetings, public statements), as these fall within his executive authority.
There is no evidence provided that suggests Obama acted unofficially, and motive inquiries are barred, shielding him from prosecution for alleged Russiagate actions.
