Hey Web 3 folks Presenting @CryptoEmpressX AKA Daisy featured in season 3 of ADALINKED Web3 Magazine powered by @Dashpay
She grew up in Los Angeles surrounded by the unwavering strength of her Hispanic family. From an early age she watched her parents and relatives pour everything into demanding jobs for one purpose: to give their children a better future. Those sacrifices became the foundation of who she is - resilience, dedication, and the belief that collective effort creates real change.
She started in retail and customer service, learning patience, adaptability, and what true service looks like. Fueled by her parentsβ hard work and her own drive, she earned a bachelorβs degree in Apparel Merchandising and Retail. That degree wasnβt just a diploma. It was the tangible result of family sacrifice and the mindset of a lifelong go-getter.
Fashion opened new doors. She sharpened skills in trend analysis, brand development, merchandising, and creative problem-solving. Traditional paths, like Web2, felt linear and permission-based capped earnings, rigid schedules, and waiting for someone else to give you the green light. Web3 hit differently. It feels like being a student all over again constant learning, lightning-fast evolution, and true merit-based recognition. Anyone can build openly and be rewarded for real value.
The space wasnβt always welcoming. It was overwhelmingly male-dominated and female voices were scarce. One moment still sticks with her she joined a space, asked for the mic to ask a basic question, and was treated like she was trolling. That dismissal could have stopped her. Instead it ignited her. She decided no other woman should feel unwelcome or dismissed.
Little by little she built BOSS GIRLS a community where women can learn, ask questions freely, collaborate, and lead with confidence. What started as a response to exclusion grew into a vibrant movement celebrating female excellence in decentralized tech.
The Pink Ladies collaboration with Delta Flare became a defining milestone. Her 818 collection sold out in just 18 minutes. Around the same time she lost my dear friend Alison to ovarian cancer. She channeled that grief into purpose: half the proceeds went to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance. The collection generated strong numbers quickly, The Giving Block matched their donation, and the overall Pink Ladies effort contributed between $80,000 and $100,000 to ovarian cancer research. Blockchain became a force for compassion as well as innovation.
Today she focus on Web3 marketing and growth, serve as an official CoinMarketCap partner, and continue building through BOSS GIRLS and related projects. With a strong following across platforms, the work centers on education, community, and creating the environments she once needed.
English is her second language and early bullying around reading made public speaking terrifying. Web3 communities helped her push past that fear. She still get nervous, but she own her mistakes now and keep opening the mic. Progress rewards curiosity, resilience, and the courage to build what you wish existed.
From LA roots to the intersection of fashion-informed creativity, decentralized innovation, and purposeful giving this path has been one of continuous evolution.

DOOMSDAY IS TRENDING. HERE ARE THE FACTS π§
A viral post says 33 COUNTRIES just told people to stockpile. Most of that advice is YEARS old.
π©πͺ Germany has advised 10 DAYS for years. Sweden set 1 WEEK in 2024. The EU set 72 HOURS in 2025.
π¬π§ New this month: the UK asked for 3 DAYS for storms and outages. Japan plans a 3 DAYS to 1 WEEK appeal on Nov 2 and says it is about earthquakes, not war.
πΊπΈ The US has NO new stockpile order. Ready.gov still says SEVERAL DAYS of food and water.
π΅οΈ No Pentagon or FBI alert told citizens to stockpile. Former FBI official Dan Bongino, now a podcaster, suggested 3 DAYS of supplies. The Pentagon 90 DAY plan is for military bases.
β‘ No grid down warning is confirmed by CISA, DOE or the Pentagon.
βοΈ The bomber flights are Global Thunder, an ANNUAL drill.
π‘οΈ NORAD confirmed air defense at Mar a Lago. No specific threat named.
A small home kit is smart. Panic is not. π

Best Take week delivered. Real opinions, real lessons, every day.
Thank you for showing up π
Who do you think takes Week 3? π
Most people think a blockchain upgrade just switches on. It doesn't. Dash is showing how it really works this week π³οΈ
Dash Platform 5.0 is out, but new code doesn't flip the network by itself. The evonodes decide.
1οΈβ£ Signal: every evonode running 5.0 marks the blocks it proposes as ready
2οΈβ£ Lock in: today the network counts. If more than 67% signalled, it's locked
3οΈβ£ Go live: one full epoch later (9 days and 3 hours), so Nov 8
If it falls short, nothing breaks. It just counts again at the next epoch.
Besides the wallet login feature I posted Monday, this vote also brings:

Ranked #20 in the Top 50 Female Crypto Influencers on X for 2026 by Feedspot π
No connections. No shortcuts. Nobody handed me this.
Just showing up every single day, even when nobody was watching.
To every woman who was told crypto is not for her, watch me π
And to everyone who has been here since day one, thank you. This is OURS β¨
Good Morning to the one who keeps supporting me no matter what β₯οΈ Someone out there is really glad you exist β¨
You turn my stressful days into something special
I hope today is kind to you
I hope you smile more than yesterday
And if the day gets heavy, hold on to this one truth: you matter more than you know π
π¨ Asia, the Bank of Japan made its call today.
The BoJ kept its key rate at 1.25% after its two day meeting, and dropped a fresh Outlook Report on growth and prices.
Why crypto cares: when Japan moves rates, money all over the world notices, so even a pause is big news.
Next BoJ meeting: Dec 17 and 18.
The lesson: crypto runs 24/7, but central banks still set the mood. Tokyo is one of the rooms that matters π

Good night, Friends π
Today was an emotional day for crypto. But no matter what, we stay thankful, keep building and keep supporting this industry.
I'm ending tonight with one thought: no matter how hard the day was, there's always a reason to be grateful π
Tomorrow is a fresh start β¨
Goodnight π
π¨ TREZOR JUST TOLD SOME BUYERS TO MOVE THEIR FUNDS NOW
A Trezor Safe 5 bought through former reseller CryptoBilis was reported to have an extra circuit board inside, with a cellular module that could send your recovery phrase off the device
Trezor has not examined the device yet but is treating the report as credible
The warning covers any Trezor bought from CryptoBilis since March 2026. No confirmed cases outside that seller and no funds reported stolen so far
If that is you, create a brand new wallet with a fresh seed and move everything. Restoring your old seed will not protect you
The lesson for everyone: only buy hardware wallets from the official site or an official reseller
Stay safe out there π‘οΈ
π¨ The Empress Times nightly recap: a big day for crypto security.
Binance estimates about $6.3 BILLION was taken in the hack.
About $3 BILLION is frozen. Binance says user losses are covered.
Withdrawals are still paused. Binance expects them back within 48 HOURS, and deposits are working.
Chainalysis says it has high confidence North Korea is behind it, likely the group TraderTraitor.
ZachXBT says funds from this hack and the $388M Bitget hack were mixed at the same address, a sign the same group is likely behind both.
Singapore Police warn that some Ledger wallets sold at certain retail stores in Singapore were tampered with.
The SEC says BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange raised over $130M promising risk free crypto returns.
Franklin Templeton launched 2 ETFs on Nasdaq that reinvest stock dividends into Bitcoin.
Bitcoin Core says AI helped find 3 bugs in its code. Humans checked every finding and the fixes have shipped.
Stay safe, rest well, and we will see you tomorrow π
Protect yourself tonight π Keep your wallet on a separate device, use app based 2FA instead of SMS, and never approve a transaction you did not start. Keep this handy.
π¨ One laptop. Billions moved. And a twist most people missed.
Here is the Binance hack, beat by beat.
First, Binance says its early look points to one compromised DevOps engineer laptop.
Through it, the attacker reached a service container and sent withdrawals that were never approved.
Binance now puts the total impact at about $6.3B.
Chainalysis calls it the largest crypto hack on record, nearly 4x the 2025 Bybit hack.
Then the attacker made a fast move.
One hacker wallet put 60M USDT on Aave and borrowed 19,762 ETH.
Here is the catch. USDT can be frozen. ETH cannot.
But the loan can still be liquidated, and the Aave risk team says no Aave users are at risk.
Then the freezes came.
Tether says it froze more than 1.56B USDT.
Circle says it froze more than 800M USDC, working with law enforcement.
Aave froze its markets as a precaution.
Binance says about $3B is now frozen onchain, it has found no evidence of a private key leak, and it will cover all user losses.
Binance co-founder Yi He says deposits are working and withdrawals should be back within 48 hours.
Now the twist.
Elon Musk replied that super intelligence agents will at some point do this to gain currency for themselves, not for a human.
Think about that.
Freezes can save money after the fact.
Only you can lock your own front door π
Would you trust an AI with your wallet?
