I pay for an elite banking subscription, yet my BUNQ bank allowed transactions from a region I had explicitly blocked. How can geographic security controls be in place if transactions from a restricted region can still go through?
And when I need answers? No human support - just a chatbot.
What exactly am I paying for? Security controls that fail and customer service that won't speak to me?
I expect a proper investigation, transparency, accountability, and a human response. Premium fees should mean premium service.
