what i like about this brief is how specific it is. tessera is not asking for another explainer about private equity. they want something that actually uses the tokens. a bonding curve. a meme surface. a dashboard. a flow that gives t-tokens a reason to move instead of just a reason to get mentioned.
that distinction matters. most pre-ipo narratives stop at access. tessera already shipped the access layer: wallet, $1 starting point, solana rails, on-chain reserve checks. the next question is whether builders can turn that exposure into a product people return to.
t-tokens are still not equity. no ownership. no voting rights. no guaranteed outcome. the interesting part is the market design around them, not the slogan.
