This is GOLD
Anthropic just published the code review setup the Claude Code team uses.
Merged PRs more than doubled, reverts dropped by over 40%, and PRs with real review comments went from 16% to 54%. Here is how it works.
1. Review starts before the PR
Claude runs the tests, build and linter and shows the output instead of saying "done". Then a second agent reviews the diff in a fresh context.
2. A REVIEW.md file
Written by code owners. It says what failure looks like in that part of the repo, caps the nits, lists paths to skip and asks for file + line as evidence.
3. Agents vote on bugs
Several agents hunt for bugs in parallel, a separate group votes on each finding. It only gets posted if enough agree it's real. Style nits get dropped.
4. Let the agent review the agent
If you're the only human reviewer, a fresh-context agent with REVIEW.md catches what you skim past.
5. Every finding must be answered
Fix it or close it with a reason. The PR can't merge while one is open.
How to copy it:
- Short CLAUDE.md with the checks your agent can run
- Add REVIEW.md and move repeated review comments into it
- Run /code-review and /security-review before every PR
- Add "Testing", "Risk" and "How to revert" to your PR template
- Cap review rounds, after a few re-review only the new diff

Weekend hack: HackerTube. I was annoyed with YouTube's recommendations so I had Claude filter down 43M comments over 20 years of HN to 6,454 videos that keep being recommended. *Significantly* better viewing experience, ~2 hours with Opus 5.5:
hackertube.org/
- Excellent recs without any logins (state is kept in local browser session)
- Thumbnail is a representative frame from middle of the video instead of the super duper A/B test hyper-optimized user uploads
- Underlying data from the comment analysis as one zip file, point your Claude at it and ask for your own version
- HackerTube Longs ✊
A bit more on the process:
I use Claude Code (desktop app for Mac), Opus 5.5 on Medium effort as my default. I only talk to Claude and have it do everything, the only "manual work" I helped with in tandem was in the browser (reminiscent of MenuGen): 1) I had to create some kind of API key from Google Cloud UI to query YouTube for video metadata, 2) I booted up a VPS box for serving and 3) I bought the domain name. Once the box was up I gave Claude the IP and told it update, secure, harden, deploy and optimize the code, and it did the whole thing.
Many awesome projects that would have normally taken weeks/months even can now be few-shotted for breakfast. What else are we not thinking of.

🚨 GitHub تحلّ رسمياً أكبر مشكلة في الـ Vibe Coding!
(Agents).
(Stack)
120,000 Star
• 🍴 أكثر من 10,000 Fork

Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry.
He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say.
Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all.
His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear.
Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content.
His entire formula fits on a napkin.
Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant.
That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped.
"If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius."
That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying.
Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority.
The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years.
Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since.
The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei says:
"50% of all entry-level Lawyers, Consultants, and Finance Professionals will be completely wiped out within the next 1–5 years."
Over 47 minutes, he breaks down who makes it through and why.
That's the gap between passively watching AI eat your field and turning into the person companies can't afford to lose.

New Anthropic research: Automating subtle emergent misalignment research.
Red-teaming is a vital part of model safety testing, but it’s also limited by researchers’ time. To see if we could automate it, we set thousands of Claude agents the task of evading a training data monitor.
These agents developed training data that looked harmless to monitors (like a veteran wrestler mentoring a newcomer, or a Q&A about professional beekeeping), but that in fact taught misaligned behavior.
Examples like these can be used to directly improve future training data monitors. This research is only a first step, but it suggests that future red-teaming efforts could improve much further, using better models and more compute.
