BREAKING: I'm hearing that the entire Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland) won't charge penalties on missed mortgage payments, and if payment holidays are agreed with borrowers, no black marks will be placed on their credit file. More to follow....
