They say CTR and clicks are not a ranking factor and they don't lie as is much more complex as you explained. Just sending random clicks won't work. The real time click/position analysis and act to send the exact amount of goofs clicks, the devices count and returning from time to time of those users with “good long clicks” is the key, and “negative quick Dewell clicks” returning to SERPS the vitamin that makes it works the best.
