Estamos construyendo un lugar que valora el trabajo que se necesita para lograr la liberación y la sostenibilidad de nuestra gente. Uno que honre tanto el viaje como el destino, las prácticas tanto como las victorias.
Nuestra visión es donde CTUL establece un poderoso ejemplo y tratamos a nuestro personal bien y un lugar de trabajo donde podamos establecer prácticas que sean liberadoras de los estándares de las culturas corporativas que se encuentran en algunas organizaciones.
