The core idea started from a time when @GlitterPixely helped me try creating some Mecha designs with MJ.
In the end we ended up with a stone Golem guardian for the witch.
After that I thought "what if the witch was a character in Glitter Pixely's typical cute style"... and here she is.
I had planned to create this video for a long time.
But Seedance was too expensive for my current situation, and the cheaper AIs weren't strong enough in the action parts, so I temporarily put it aside.
And finally thanks to @itsPolloAI letting me into their CPP program, I was able to complete it.
Thank you. #PolloAI

Before Hollywood, I was living in a van in Hawaii and waiting tables at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. One day, the incredible Rae Dawn Chong walked into the restaurant, and naturally, I went up to her table and said, “Hey, you’re a movie star! What are you doing here?”
She asked if I could act, and I said, “Fuck yeah, put me in your movie!”
She asked for my phone number. The only problem was I didn’t have one. So I gave her my buddy Mike’s number instead. A couple days later, Mike casually mentions, “Oh, by the way, someone called you.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MIKE?!
I called her back, and sure enough, she was serious. I drove over to pick up the script, went back to Mike’s house, and read all 120 pages three times in a row. First script I’d ever read. My character's name was Devon, and I remember thinking, “Sweet! I could totally play a Devon!”
I showed up to the audition with every line and inflection mapped out in pencil. Rae told me I could act and offered me the part. I asked if we were shooting in Hawaii. Nope. Los Angeles.
I had about $60 to my name, a bag of clothes, and some rollerblades.
Then Rae told me they'd fly me out. And I remember thinking right then and there, my life just changed forever. I'm going to be an actor.
That little movie was Cursed Part 3, a low-budget horror comedy that opened the door to Hollywood for me.
I'll forever be grateful to Rae for taking a chance on a kid working at a shrimp restaurant. Everybody starts somewhere, and this is where it all began for me.

Godot 4.7(Forward+ / Vulkan)、RTX 3060
R=切れた高さ(ワールドY、未切断は1e4)/G=切られてからの秒数/BA=刃の水平速度

Originally, I only planned to do some more testing with @KanaWorks_AI 's sound generation tool and try out NVIDIA's "simulation-ready" 3D assets. Somehow, I ended up making a horror game that's basically a P.T. knockoff.
I was just making it for fun, but since I'd already gone this far, I figured I might as well upload it to GitHub. Anyone interested can download the ZIP file, extract it, and give it a try.
It's nothing impressive or particularly scary. The main reason I'm keeping it is so that if I make another game next Halloween, I can dig this one up and compare the two. LOLLL
Even the trailer is full of in-game bugs...
Download the .zip file here:

The open-source code for KANA's sound generation tool and NVIDIA SimReady Assets are linked in the replies below.👇
I had some time to test @TapNow_AI Cinemap this week.
I typed one paragraph and it built a small 3D world: a cabin, a pine forest, morning light. Then I changed the lighting just by saying it out loud, added a character, set up cameras and sent a shot to render.
Here's how it went 📷

Just dropped it into Terra to generate a 3D model. Hopefully it gives me something good enough to actually use.
🤖 Made with AI
I tried generating a character image and then asked Terra to create the 3D model again.
As a result, it was a bit better, but when I opened the .glb file, I had no idea what it even was anymore. LOLLL It's really hard to describe.
Just by looking at the image, you can see that around the middle of the ghost's body, it looks like it was cut in half. I guess Terra glitched while it was processing.

This clip was pieced together from 2 separate videos.
The reason is because the slash wasn't as intended and had errors even though I had Opus write the Prompt for me, when finishing the video there was still a bit of Credit Points left so I decided to try making a short one to patch the unsatisfactory part, but it was the same LOLLL

TITLE: Moonlit Forest — The Crescent Slash
REFERENCE IMAGES
Three character sheets. Use them ONLY for each character's identity, costume and proportions. Do not reproduce the multi-view sheet layout, the gray background, or the poses shown on the sheets.
[@] — THE WITCH: small young girl, about 1.3 m tall, cute anime proportions with a large head. Huge ragged black-purple witch hat with torn brim, red band with gold buckle, hanging chains, gold star charms and red tassels. Long fluffy platinum-blonde hair, pointed elf ears, big brown eyes. Tattered black-purple robe with red and white torn edges, chunky brown boots. She carries a carved Halloween jack-o'-lantern with a smiling face and a burning candle inside, glowing warm orange, about the size of her head.
[@] — THE SWORDSWOMAN: female android, about 1.75 m tall. Glossy black armor with brass-gold joints and glowing teal-cyan accents. Mustard-yellow kimono robe with a large bow at the chest and long trailing hems. Blonde hair in a high bun with teal-green gradient tips. Black mask covering her face from nose to chin, only her eyes visible. Mechanical high-heeled boots. Katana in a black scabbard at her left hip.
[@] — THE GUNSLINGER: woman about 1.75 m tall, long blonde hair in a high ponytail, black-and-orange mechanical fox-ear headpiece, amber eyes. Black bodysuit, spiked brass-gold shoulder armor, orange cloth strips with white triangle runes hanging from the hips. Two pistols holstered at her hips.
ART STYLE
Render the ENTIRE video — characters AND environment — in the exact art style of the character sheets: detailed semi-realistic anime illustration, with the same linework, shading and color rendering as the sheets. The forest is painted in that same illustrated style, not photorealistic. Cinematic lighting.
SETTING (described in text only — there is no environment image)
- An ancient forest at midnight under a full moon. Huge old trees with deeply furrowed bark covered in moss and ivy. Giant roots snake across the ground; dense ferns. Scattered old square stone slabs carved with square spiral patterns, half sunken into the earth. Thin mist hugging the ground, a few moonbeams cutting through the canopy. Cold blue night palette.
- The path: a narrow, rarely used footpath of dark damp earth with a few small puddles.
- LEFT of the path (relative to the Witch's running direction): one single ENORMOUS ancient tree, trunk about 4 m wide, rising out of frame, standing right at the path's edge. It is the largest tree in the area.
- RIGHT of the path: a dense, pitch-black wall of forest, trunks packed close together, lost in shadow.
- The full moon is in the upper right when looking in the Witch's running direction.
FORMAT
Exactly 30.0 seconds. Aspect ratio 21:9. 21 shots joined by hard cuts, ending with a cut to black.
Exactly 20 cuts between the 21 shots — no additional cuts anywhere.
POSITION MAP (locked for the whole video)
- The slash always shoots out of the dark forest on the RIGHT, cuts across the path directly in front of the Witch, and hits the enormous tree on the LEFT.
- The Swordswoman steps out of the forest on the right.
- The Gunslinger arrives running along the path from the direction the Witch came from.
VOICES AND SUBTITLES (apply to every line)
- All characters speak JAPANESE. Every spoken line shows its ENGLISH subtitle.
- Subtitles: white text, bottom center, visible only while that line is spoken. One line at a time.
- Natural, unhurried delivery.
- Voices stay consistent for the whole video:
- Witch: high, clear little-girl voice.
- Swordswoman: low, cold, slow adult female voice, slightly muffled by her mask.
- Gunslinger: bright, energetic young female voice, quick to anger.
ANIME COMIC SYMBOLS — USE VERY SPARINGLY
- The whole video contains EXACTLY 3 symbols, only in SHOTS 4, 13 and 20.
- NEVER place any symbol, aura, jagged lines or graphic effect around the Swordswoman.
- Symbols are simple 2D line drawings beside the character's head; they pop in, stay about 1 second, then fade.
EXPRESSIONS
Faces are always alive and transition smoothly between emotions. Never hold a frozen, still-image expression, except the stunned stillness in SHOT 10.
SHOTS
SHOT 1 (0.0–2.2s) — Wide shot, low camera running behind her
Camera: at her hip height, running right behind her, slight shake.
Image: The Witch SPRINTS for her life down the footpath, away from the camera into depth. Her hat bounces, tassels flying, the jack-o'-lantern swinging and throwing orange light on the ground. Ahead on the left, the enormous tree. On the right, the black wall of forest.
SHOT 2 (2.2–3.6s) — Medium shot, camera backing up in front of her
Camera: at her eye level, background blurred.
Image: Still running, she glances back over her shoulder. Pale face, beads of sweat, tears still clinging to her eyes.
SHOT 3 (3.6–4.4s) — Witch's point of view, looking back
Camera: at the little girl's eye height (about 1.2 m), locked-off.
Image: The path behind her is EMPTY. Mist drifts. No one is following.
SHOT 4 (4.4–6.6s) — Medium close-up, camera backing up and slowing down
Image: She slows down and eases into a happy skip. Her face relaxes into a big relieved grin, the lantern swinging in her arms.
Symbol (1 of 3): one small yellow sparkle beside her head.
Line — Witch, giggling:
— Subtitle: "Hehe… did I lose her?"
SHOT 5 (6.6–7.2s) — Extreme close-up insert, deep in the dark forest on the right
Camera: locked-off, almost pitch black.
Image: Only a black-armored THUMB pushing the katana's guard a few centimeters out of the scabbard mouth. A thin sliver of steel catches the moonlight. No face, no body visible.
Sound: a tiny, sharp "kchk".
SHOT 6 (7.2–8.0s) — Medium shot, frontal on the Witch
Camera: locked-off, at her eye level.
Image: A cold white-teal light flashes across her face from her right side. On pure reflex she slams to a dead stop mid-skip. The jack-o'-lantern slips out of her arms and drops to the ground just in front of her. Both hands snap up in front of her chest, palms open, fingers spread. Eyes wide.
SHOT 7 (7.9–8.3s) — Wide shot across the path, NORMAL SPEED
Image: A RAZOR-THIN CRESCENT SLASH — a single sharp line of white-teal light with a faint after-image trail — whips out of the forest on the right and crosses the ENTIRE frame to the left in about 6–8 frames. It is NOT a wide glowing wall and does NOT drift slowly. Pure speed.
SHOT 8 (8.3–8.7s) — From right behind the Witch, NORMAL SPEED
Camera: just behind her shoulder.
Image: The thin line of light sweeps across directly in front of her, one hand-span away. In a blink it slices the jack-o'-lantern on the ground into two halves. Its lower edge leaves a glowing red line across the path. A blast of wind throws her hat brim, hair and tassels backward.
SHOT 9 (8.7–8.9s) — Flash
Image: One full-screen white-teal flash as the slash strikes the enormous tree.
SHOT 10 (8.9–11.4s) — Profile close-up on the Witch, STILLNESS
Camera: locked-off, side view.
Image: She stands frozen, both hands still raised in front of her chest with palms open, eyes wide and unblinking. Her hair and hat tassels slowly drift back down after the gust. A few tiny embers float through the frame. In the background, on the trunk of the enormous tree, a single THIN VERTICAL LINE OF LIGHT runs from the roots upward. Almost everything is motionless.
SHOT 11 (11.4–13.2s) — Tilt from the roots of the tree up to its crown
Image: The thin line heats into a red-hot cut glowing like molten metal, running from roots to crown and splitting the trunk lengthwise. Embers, wood dust and smoke burst along it. The two halves shift slightly apart, but the tree STAYS STANDING.
SHOT 12 (13.2–14.6s) — Extreme close-up, looking straight down from above
Camera: directly overhead, locked-off.
Image: The toes of the Witch's two brown boots at the bottom of frame. One hand-span in front of them, the glowing red cut runs across the path, its edges smoldering, thin smoke rising. Lying exactly on the cut is the jack-o'-lantern, SLICED CLEANLY IN TWO straight through its carved smiling face. One half rocks gently; the candle inside still flickers.
SHOT 13 (14.6–16.0s) — Close-up on the Witch's face
Image: She turns her head to her right in small, stiff, jerky increments, like a rusty wind-up doll. The corner of her mouth twitches; her hands stay frozen in front of her chest.
Symbol (2 of 3): one big sweat drop beside her head.
Sound: a comedic "kii… kii…" with each jerk of her head.
SHOT 14 (16.0–18.4s) — Witch's point of view, low angle into the forest on the right
Camera: at the little girl's eye height, tilted slightly up, slow dolly-in.
Image: At first only darkness between two trunks — then two small points of moonlight reflecting where her eyes are. The Swordswoman calmly steps out into the moonlight, which rims her hair and shoulders. Cold eyes looking down into the camera, at the girl. NO symbols, auras or graphic effects around her at all — the menace comes only from the low angle, the lighting and the silence.
Line — Swordswoman, slow and cold:
— Subtitle: "…Don't run."
SHOT 15 (18.4–19.0s) — Extreme close-up insert at the Swordswoman's hip
Image: Her armored hand slides the last stretch of the blade fully into the scabbard; the guard closes tight against the scabbard mouth.
Sound: a crisp, clean CLICK.
SHOT 16 (19.0–19.8s) — Wide shot, side-on
Image: The Witch instantly drops into a full kneeling bow, forehead to the ground (dogeza), beside the two halves of her jack-o'-lantern. Quick, snappy and funny. In the background, the split tree smokes.
SHOT 17 (19.8–22.6s) — Close-up, camera on the ground at the level of her head
Image: She bows over and over, forehead tapping the ground. Two anime-style streams of tears gush out. Her hat brim trembles.
Line — Witch, crying and begging:
「ごめんなさいごめんなさい!命だけはお助けをーー!!」 — Subtitle: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry! Please spare my life!!"
SHOT 18 (22.6–23.8s) — Medium shot, ONLY the Swordswoman in frame
Camera: locked-off, chest height.
Image: The Swordswoman stands alone, looking down at the girl (off-screen) with a blank face. From off-screen comes the sound of pounding footsteps and a shout growing louder. She doesn't move — only her eyes slowly slide to one side.
Line — Gunslinger, off-screen, from a distance:
「ちょっとーー!!」 — Subtitle: "HEEEY!!"
SHOT 19 (23.8–24.8s) — Very low sideways tracking shot, ONLY the Gunslinger in frame
Camera: just above the ground, running alongside her; dark tree trunks whip past in the foreground.
Image: The Gunslinger sprints along the footpath and vaults over a big root, ponytail flying, face furious.
SHOT 20 (24.8–28.0s) — Medium shot, same camera position as SHOT 18
Image: The Swordswoman is still alone in frame. Suddenly two black-gloved hands slam onto her shoulders from off-screen left. The Gunslinger swings fully into frame and SHAKES her hard back and forth. The Swordswoman's face is blank, eyes half-lidded and looking away, her head flopping limply with every shake like a rag doll.
Symbol (3 of 3): a red anger mark (curved cross shape) on the Gunslinger's temple.
Line — Gunslinger, shaking and shouting:
「何してんのよ!?殺す気!?話をしに来たんでしょうが!!」 — Subtitle: "What are you doing?! Trying to kill her?! We came here to TALK!!"
SHOT 21 (28.0–30.0s) — Close-up on the Swordswoman
Image: Her head keeps wobbling from the shaking. Eyes half-lidded, bored, looking away. In the blurred background, the Witch is still bowing.
Line — Swordswoman, flat and bored, her voice wobbling with the shaking:
— Subtitle: "…I missed on purpose."
One more wobble, then CUT TO BLACK at exactly 30.0 seconds.
CONTINUITY LOCKS
- Exactly three characters: one Witch, one Swordswoman, one Gunslinger. No other people or creatures.
- The jack-o'-lantern is in the Witch's arms until SHOT 6, falls to the ground in SHOT 6, and is sliced in two in SHOT 8. From then on it lies on the ground in two halves, the candle still flickering.
- From SHOT 6 to SHOT 13 the Witch keeps both hands raised in front of her chest, palms open.
- The katana stays in its scabbard. Steel is visible only as a thin sliver in SHOT 5 and as the last stretch of blade sliding in during SHOT 15.
- The Gunslinger's pistols always stay holstered.
- From SHOT 11 on, the enormous tree always STANDS, split lengthwise, the cut glowing red and smoking. The red line across the path remains.
- The slash (SHOTS 7–9) is entirely at NORMAL SPEED — no slow motion. Stillness happens only in SHOT 10.
SOUND (besides dialogue)
No background music. Night insects, wind in the canopy.
SHOT 5: a tiny, sharp "kchk".
SHOT 6: the dull thud of the lantern hitting the ground.
SHOTS 7–8: a short, extremely sharp whistling slice through the air, and a crisp "shhk" as the pumpkin is cut.
SHOT 9: the booming crack of splitting wood.
SHOT 10: near-total silence — only a thin ringing in the ears and faint crackling embers.
SHOT 11: crackling embers, groaning wood.
SHOT 12: the sizzle of burning earth.
SHOT 13: a comedic "kii… kii…".
SHOT 15: a crisp CLICK.
SHOTS 18–19: pounding footsteps.
SHOT 20: armor rattling with every shake.
Silence on the black frame.

Preserve its exact design.
FOREST REFERENCES
[@ Image6.png] [@ Image7.png] [@ Image8.png] — use ONLY for the LOOK of the forest: bark, moss, roots, ferns, mist, moonlight and color palette. Do NOT copy their compositions or camera angles.
ART STYLE
Detailed semi-realistic anime illustration in the exact style of the character references, not photorealistic. Midnight, cold blue moonlight, very dark.
SETTING
A narrow footpath through an ancient forest. On the LEFT of the path (relative to the Witch's walking direction) stands one enormous ancient tree with a trunk about 4 m wide. On the RIGHT is a pitch-black wall of forest where the Swordswoman stands.
FORMAT
Exactly 4.0 seconds. Aspect ratio 21:9. 4 shots joined by HARD CUTS. NORMAL SPEED, no slow motion. No dialogue, no subtitles, no comic symbols.
LOCKS
- Two characters only: the Witch and the Swordswoman.
- The katana blade is NEVER clearly seen: no close-up of the blade, no visible swing — only a glint of steel and a flash.
- The slash is ONE single razor-thin line of white-teal light. No large crescent arc, no second red beam, no slow drifting.
- The enormous tree is split lengthwise but STAYS STANDING.
SHOTS
SHOT 1 (0.0–1.0s) — Medium shot inside the dark forest on the right
Image: Almost pitch black between two trunks. Only the Swordswoman's EYES catch the moonlight above her mask, and her black-armored hand rests on the hilt. In a blink her arm BLURS — the sword is drawn and the cut is already done, too fast to see the blade. Only ONE glint of steel flashes in the darkness.
Camera: locked-off.
SHOT 2 (1.0–1.6s) — HARD CUT TO: low wide shot from behind the Witch, looking down the path
Image: The Witch stands frozen mid-step, both hands raised in front of her chest, palms open. The jack-o'-lantern lies on the ground just in front of her toes. A single razor-thin line of white-teal light flashes horizontally through the space right in front of her, from the forest on the right to the enormous tree on the left. For one instant the WHOLE IMAGE seems sliced along that line — its two halves shift slightly apart, then snap back together. A gust throws her hat brim and hair back.
Camera: locked-off, one sharp jolt.
SHOT 3 (1.6–2.6s) — HARD CUT TO: fast tilt up the enormous tree from roots to crown
Image: The thin line of light runs straight up the trunk, then heats into a red-hot cut glowing like molten metal. The trunk SPLITS LENGTHWISE in two, embers and splinters bursting out. The halves shift slightly apart, but the tree stays standing.
Camera: fast tilt up.
SHOT 4 (2.6–4.0s) — HARD CUT TO: the Witch's point of view looking straight down at the ground
Image: The toes of her two brown boots at the bottom of frame. One hand-span in front of them, a RED-HOT CUT is burned across the ground, the earth smoldering on both sides, thin smoke rising. Lying exactly on the cut, the jack-o'-lantern is SLICED CLEANLY IN TWO lengthwise — through its carved smiling face, the bronze cage, the cloth wrap and the handle. The cut faces of the pumpkin and the bronze GLOW RED-HOT like heated iron. The candle inside is EXTINGUISHED and also SPLIT IN HALF lengthwise; a thin thread of smoke curls up from its wick. One half of the lantern rocks gently.
Camera: locked-off.
SOUND
No background music, no dialogue.
SHOT 1: silence, a tiny "kchk", then one extremely short, razor-sharp "shing".
SHOT 2: an instant of total silence, then a thin high-pitched ringing.
SHOT 3: the booming crack of splitting wood, crackling embers.
SHOT 4: the sizzle of burning earth and a tiny hiss of the snuffed candle wick.

Indeed, we should only create simple 3D models to serve as backgrounds.
Those complex 3D models like "1 terrifying ghost" really scare the hell out of me. LOLLLL
This time, I'm putting Terra to slightly more serious use.
Since I'm working on a new game with Claude Opus 5.5, I don't want to waste its credits on creating 3D models. So I asked Claude to write a list of 3D assets that are still missing from my library.
Then all I have to do is give that list to ChatGPT Terra and ask it to create the 3D models.
The new game currently uses a top-down perspective, so the quality of these 3D models is more than enough to meet my requirements.👍🔥
