I am Beyond Furious with @Snapchat Right Now! I've been having issues with the stupid automated system/AI notifying me constantly the last 4 months that I am breaking their new guidelines. I've reached out & asked what guidelines am I breaking. One of their "Live Reps" told me that I posted adult content on my public story. I told them that that is Impossible! My personal Snapchat is a completely family-friendly account, & my mother follows me with numerous other family members. I would definitely never post anything erotic for them to see. That would be extremely embarrassing, & Gross! Then they finally told me the date that they removed the "Adult Content" from & it was when I was in Chicago for the Pokemon Go Fest tournament. I posted classic artwork that had nudity in it... An Oil Painting ! I was told that artwork doesn't go against the guidelines. However, the stupid AI glitch doesn't recognize the difference it. However the relentless notifications from Snapchat saying that I was breaking the sexual content guidelines finally went away. Than last week, I posted a simple moment of me kissing my husband at 1234 o'clock & telling him to make a wish. Ever since that public story, I've been getting hit with relentless notifications again saying that I'm posting adult content. I wonder, if the AI glitch is not being able to decipher our public story from our private DMs? It kind of seems like Snapchat is monitoring our private messages and watching them. Kind of scary to think about, because if they get hacked, all of these things that we were always told that disappear right after you send them could be used against us. Especially if their AI system is glitching out. Lastly, Snapchat says that they have come to a conclusion, and that I need to sign into my account. When I tried to sign into my account though, it takes me to snapchat.com or some other stupid upload your last year of media data page. Again, my account is over a decade old so I'm going to need more than the last year. I tried to upload the last year anyways, and nothing worked or exported. SnapChat used to be my favorite platform, what is going on over there? 😭
